We came for the festival and did not expect much so the property exceed our expectations. Sofia literally waited for us on the porch and showed us where to park. A small bottle of sparkling was not expected either!

The ability to call someone. We received an explanation over the telephone where we could find the key and passes for the sanitary building.
The park is beautifully situated. Unfortunately we arrived in the dark and left in the dark. So we didn't get to enjoy the beautiful surroundings much.
Given the amount of tracks on the site, the park must also be frequently visited by deer and hares.

It was in very beautiful place, walking distance to Hunne and Halle mountains. There was outside table where you can sit and have your morning cofee with beautiful view. You can adjust temperature as you like.
The staff! The staff made the whole stay worthwhile, the rooms were so hot and couldn’t sleep, but the staff tried so hard to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They all works so hard with a smile on their face on a hot overbooked hotel night. So for us, the staff was the best thing we loved about the hotel! That’s the only reason I gave a 10c with out them I would of given it a 3
It seems like a nice cozy quiet hotel for a couple of nights or a longer stay due to its nice location closer to the water and green area around. The area of a former clinic is beautiful. But now there are refugees houses and the prison.
Overall it is OK, but room was not clean enough and the venue itself requires a good cleaning - which is even more important in corona times.
The hotel is a little one but very nice and comfortable, the room was perfect with a lot of space, nice bathroom. Is located very close to the city centre
If I'll travel again in Vänersborg I'll sleep again there.

The cosy hotel is highly recommended to everyone who wishes to explore this little city. Perfect location, friendly staff and good breakfast. The room is spacy and comfortable, the beds were a bit too soft for our taste.
Simple no fuss hotel with good breakfast and close to lake and Vänersborg center. Festival / Dalaborgsparken some 30min walk from the hotel and walking home in the night felt very safe.
Friendly and accommodating staff, hotel was older but very clean - our room had everything we needed and was comfortable. Breakfast was great, many options to choose from.
We use the hotel for a one night stay on the way to our skiing resort. it is great that we can have dual rooms for our 3 kids and we enjoy the breakfast in the morning.
