The location on a hill near the lake was great. The communal areas - dining and sitting areas - were all lovely.
We liked the location, the area was really quiet and it was a nice view over the lake.
Just 5 minutes walk to get down to lakeside and there you can follow the walking trails to the nearby camping or go for longer hiking trip. Also it is just a couple of minutes walk to the nearby shops, cafe, hotel, all accomodated in old traditional buildings.
It was a really a nice place to stay, We viseted Dalhalla - Cristina, and enjoy our two days in Leksands Folkhögskola.
My sister and myfather enjoy the wunderfül breakfast an the lovely places to sit outside. We would really like to ome back.
Lovely, cozy cottage with everything you need...including big yellow mugs for dedicated tea drinkers. Friendly hosts provided excellent suggestion for fika in Leksand too
