I really liked the hospitality. Mr Abou Faisal did an outstanding job, once we arrived he give us tips on where to go and best places to visit. He helped us where to eat and he gave us advices on each and everything.
One of the best things he sat with us and brought coffee and date then he talk about his experience and history of Al Ula.
If I can advice KSA government a small advice please let Mr. Abou Faisal the representative of Al Ula, I'm sure all people world wide will adore Al Ula because of him.
Everything was clean of course each person has a cleaning details but its really clean
If you turn lights on, the room will be a perfect for working if u have something to work on.
If there is anything is not good or need to be fixed just call Mr. Abou Faisal 3 mins he will solve it. (on personal experience 3 mins he came and solve it)
Cleaning ur room it can be daily or depending on ur request and u can ask for the guy to clean only if u r in the room. In my opinion its a plus since I'm a person who like to keep my stuff in place and no one touch them so i told the cleaning guy what to clean and what not to touch.
I only wish if the shower place has bit more space 1 or 2 cm will make a difference.
