crescent beach and Island are also very good places to visit.
there are lots of options for fine dining and cafes.
However it was definitely Hot during the day. but when compared with other places of KSA. it was not that HOT.

We enjoyed Ithra, allow 2-3 hours at least. Uber drivers were great. On time and careful drivers. We ate in a great buffet dinner at a restaurant next to the Heritage Village but I can't find the name. The food was very fresh and the staff was kind and attentive. It was next to another restaurant that had a bowling alley in it. The Heritage Village was closed, even thought the web site said it was open (always have a plan B in KSA). In the morning before we caught the train back to Riyadh, we had a great Uber driver that was from Khobar who knew where to take us. We ate breakfast on the Khobar Cornish, saw some beautiful mosques and other buildings and drove around a round about with a beautiful design of running horses. My companion raises and shows horses so this was special to her.

Beaches are nice. Much nice if provided more toilet/bath complexes near the beach. it was a big queue to get a clean shower.

Beware of parking. I got a parking ticket from private company called TAKI. I asked them if i could pay by SADAD and they said no. Only option is to come to their office in dammam and pay direct. Luckily we did not exit the city and returned back and paid them. When i asked where did i violate? They said come after 3 days and you will find. I still wonder where did i park wrong.

The days we stayed in Dammam are one of the hottest temperatures. Unfortunately, we cannot be outdoors and most of the time, we stayed in the hotel, which we enjoyed. Maybe next time we will visit around October/November/December
Location , it's mid between Dammam and Dhaharan city besides a big supermarket, cafes and restaurants are nearby. The WiFi coverage was good everywhere in the building. I'd like to thank the staff who was very courteous and friendly and in particular the receptionist Mr Khaled Abdou. The hotel ffers a small cafe on the ground floor next to the lobby so any guest may enjoy hit/cold drinks and sweets. The hotel provides room service with a decent menu not WoW however it's adequate if you're not willing to go out.
The reception staff was the best of the best, two ladies if I don't mistake their name ( Rim & Fatna ) both they were so helpful in every request, they have made our stay much better 5 stars to them. The hotel it self is well located 1 min for Masjid and also very close to passport office also its 30 min walk to the beach. I highly recommend the hotel

Brother Mohammed, the receptionist allowed me to checked-in even not on the right time which is a big help for me, I need to take a rest/sleep for my upcoming meeting on the same day.

I went there with my car from Qatar to Dammam. The Saudi man with spects at the reception was so generous. I was doing check out for taking flight from Damman to jeddah for Umrah, guy immediately offered me to park my car at his hotel for free and told me about the parking fee outside, Even without any booking further to that date.
We booked only one night at the hotel because we wanted to be close to Saptco bus station which is basically at the corner. During this one day what we could discover from the neighbourhood is that there are several shops and small restaurants nearby. In genaral we were satisfied, mainly with the location. Value for money hotel.
What i like the best in them is I reached lately to Check In and need to rush in morning, though i dont see whether my breakfast included or not , i booked. The Manager considered that and served me a delicious breakfast . Can't forget the hosting if i go to Dammam will only stay in that hotel

I choose to book there as there rating on booking.com was 8.0 and it say’s 4 stars but truly speaking it wont deserve 4.0 rating and even given single star to this hotel is shame for hotel industry.
I like the Queen size bed and the location cuz it is near Dammam Main Station, SABTCO, Marina Mall and Corniche. It is a quiet place far away from the highway.
