Enjoyed a friendly welcome from the owner who showed us around the lovely apartment. Great location in a quiet town close to the N2. Everything you need inside, well decorated, modern and clean. Lovely little outside area too.

The location was good, very quiet and good walking distance to the Passadiços do Cerro da Candosa ( for those who enjoy walking). Swimming pool was good.

Host was very helpful. We got lost finding the place and she organised a neighbour who spoke English to guide us to the location. She also booked a restaraunt for us.
The apartment was old fashioned but very clean and spacious with good facilities and a lovely view from the balcony.

Ponte da Mucela is a small village as we were there for family matter rather than a holiday we did not get the opportunity to explore the area the views from the hills of the surrounding area were well worth checking out.
