We were made feel very welcome upon arrival, João was extremely friendly and helpful. We were taken to our room which was really pleasant and well appointed, with a very large and comfortable bed. Towels for the use of the exterior pool were brought to us and he also suggested his best places where to eat for the evening dinner. The buffet breakfast was perfect, enough choice to satisfy most people, plenty of Nespresso coffee types and the food counter was regularly replenished. João proved to be very professional, friendly, attentive and available to the guests needs. Great location, steps away from the center of Seia and free parking across the street.

The staff was perfect, Natalia's food was extraordinary (we weren't expecting to eat one of the best risottos of our life). The rooms are big, comfy and with amazing views. The property has enough space for a walk, the calm to read a book in peace and a river for a small dive on the mountains cold water! We will be back!

Nice little gem where we were welcomed by Catia and André and where we felt like home. Check-in was seamless and contactless, clear instructions on how to enter the place. Our room had huge bay windows overlooking the mountains. Bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was complete - huge variety of food carefully prepared. Highly recommend if you are looking for great hosts and a quiet place to relax and enjoy lush views of the valley.

Clean, comfy and warm place on a cold location. Superb.
The place is very nice and cozy. The Kitchener is equipped with the required materials and equipments if you want to use it. Rooms are cleaned and silent. Each room have an air conditioner, and bathrooms are fully equipped as well.
The path to the hotel is funny as well, multiple paths exist, one of them by a nice tracking road - good enough to use a normal sedan.
Ask for a breakfast basket. Is not the normal ones with “eggs and croissants” but you will have a sort of supplies that will be handy - coffee, water, juice, cookies, bread, cheese, ham and butter!
