Staff were very accomodating with storing our bikes and our specific needs. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was above average with various assortments of meats, fruits and sweets.

The place was really nice. It was the first time our German Shephard felt like at home from the first day and didn't see any signs of anxiety for beong left alone. This allowed us to rest and have the peace of mind that the dog is felling good also. The yard is more spacious than you can think from the photos.

A magical place. A wonderful hostess - Fatima - responsible for the property in the owner's absence. Despite the historical nature of the over 500-year-old estate, we felt at ease. Great, home-cooked food.

It is a lovely clean apartment, close to coffee shops and a pharmacy. Easy walk to the beach. A lovely huge kitchen and spacious rooms. A quiet neighbourhood, just perfect. Easy access and plenty of parking space.

There were some nice bars snf restaurants, but not overpowering. Very much a Family resort.
We liked the ones closest to Foz and in Foz itself.

Fab beach and lagoon.
Fab beach and lagoon. Plenty of free parking (I expect it would be really busy in the summer) . Good bars and restaurants at the beach. Would recommend the Central restaurant in the town centre ...great food at a great price...
Worth going to the viewing point which is at the end of the Variante Atlantica on the roundabout especially at sunset...
What a wonderful stay! The hotel was once the villa of a wealthy Portuguese family built in the 15th century, and is still owned by the same family. Our room was once the suite for the priest of the chapel in the main building. It was spectacular, with a comfortable bed, fireplace, in an amazing setting. The owner couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. Peacocks, goats, sheep, and two very large Great Danes. Make sure to see the chapel. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

All of the rooms are very well decorated, have really comfortable beds, and are well equipped (ac in every room). The kitchen need its own shoutout, I have never seen such a well equipped kitchen in a holiday house!
The hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful, giving us amazing tips with what to do, and where to eat in foz do arelho.
I will come back without a doubt! 5⭐️!
Lovely accommodations. Foz do Arelho is off the beaten path for foreigners but full of Portuguese families and couples. we loved the room and the location. The Woman at the front desk was really kind and funny.
Lovely property a little way from Foz do Arelho. Great views, swimming pool, garden and huge shared sitting room, dining room and kitchen. Great ambiance.
