Having at least 2 days in Oslob can be recommended but 1 day is good as well if you plan it properly. The timings for Whale shark watching are very early and should be done early as well to enjoy the best views and cleaner water. Sumilon island should be visited as well a bit in the morning to avoid the sun during the noon time. It can get hot.

Oslob is a lovely island, with plenty of nature and interesting views. La Terrasse is a restaurant almost in front of Whale shark watching, and definitely worth checking. Excellent menu! To get around, best way is trying tricycles, as they have best prices.
It’s also worth visiting the city, where the cuartel is located. It has such a great view and the food in the city has amazing prices.

I enjoyed the Whale Shark experience.
I enjoyed the Whale Shark experience. However many tourists don't pay attention and give respect to the Whale Sharks, getting to close, kicking them because they don't pay attention. The boatmen and guides are awesome. Get there early!!!!!

In Oslob town, we visited the old Church, Carter, Baluarte and the park near the sea with the townspeople were having a leisure.

Very nice location you can do the whale sharks one day and...
Very nice location you can do the whale sharks one day and the second day Tumalog falls and sumilon island. It’s a great stop off for 2/3 days. Bus ride down from Cebu is ok about 300 each way and takes about 5 hours buses run every 20-30 mins
The staff were absolutely amazing. So super friendly and made us feel like family. The food was so good and fresh - all fabulous local cuisine...which was good as there isn't any alternatives in nearby. We were able to snorkel off the front of the hotel and saw the local sea turtles up close. After we saw the whale sharks, we just hung around by the pool and snorkelled all day. Super relaxing way to spend the end of our trip. Oh and getting up early for the sunrise is well worth it too.
Nice and quite away from the bustle of the town, yet near enough to get into. Oslob has a great outdoors locals market. And a modern mall n 7/11.
Bought fresh fish veg n herbs. Then BBQ’d them at Rapunzels. Everyone at the House were lovely and helpful. Seating areas overlooking the sea. Bedroom, Shared Kitchen area and BBQ all well equipped and clean.
Loved it. Local transportation in abundance if you’re on foot :)
The AC worked well and the wifi was really fast. We liked having the living room area/kitchen area/common spaces to relax in, but there was no AC in the common spaces so it could get pretty hot. The location of the extension was about 5 minutes walk from the main Luna Oslob Travellers Inn. It was a close walk to find mini marts and some food in the area. The beds were comfortable and towels were provided.
The location is Oslob is perfect, close to the attractions. Trikes can take you down the road for 15php. Staff is awesome, super friendly, helpful, dependable and accommodating. Great value for our purpose. Hotel can arrange transport and entry to whale shark adventure. Swimming pool and smoking is allowed on patio.

1. Good location. 5 minutes walk only after alighting from public bus. Very friendly, peaceful and relax neighbourhood.
2.Friendly and helpful staff. Sharing a lot of info about whaleshark in Oslob.
3. Very clean and comfortable room. Puffiest and softest blanket among the hotels i have stayed.
The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Free water throughout your stay. Food was good. Lovely clean rooms very well kept. The owner was friendly. Quiet hotel which was perfect for us. Short tricycle ride into the shops about 5 minutes. Overall very very good stay we would return.
The family who run the hotel are lovely and caring and make you feel very welcome. The pool area is great and there is also an access to the sea. We were able to see sea turtles from the pool, very cool.
A great place if you’re stopping over to go and visit Oslobs whale shark viewing.
The staff were accommodating, kind, helpful and informative. I think Seascape is a small gem of Oslob where sea turtles parade past the property. I found peace and beauty and enjoyed relaxation. There is a home-made quality and is a great place to unwind with simplicity.
The hotel is located right in front of the whale shark watching area. It has a beautiful garden, and it was truly amazing to watch the sunrise from there. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly in securing our place to meet the whale sharks.
Location is great. Walking distance to Quartel Ruins and beach. Some local eateries nearby and a Mr Liempo nearby. About 17 mins drive to Oslob whale watching. Owner is friendly, accommodation is clean, air-con is quiet and cool.
Great location very near to Oslob, very friendly staff, nice set up. Just one thing if you would like to visit the whale sharks, please book the tour thru the hotel, the alternative is standing in line from 3 AM in the morning…..

The staff was super helpful in getting a tour arranged at the last minute. They also helped out by getting me a bus back to Cebu. The seaside view at the restaurant was amazing.
The hotel has a perfect view of the sea! Beautiful sunrise. Great dining spot. 20 minutes from the Whake Shark Watching. 5 minutes from the Monkey reserve.
