Iloilo City is a nice city, but was very happy with dinner at the Fish Port. Hotel location is okay. However, we have some issues with the accommodation. we booked for 3 people but only 2 towels were provided, had to request for additional bed sheet. The water pressure in the shower was too low and got concerned with the water that came out as it was rusty/ dark. However after letting it flow for a few minutes the water cleared. Had to use the bucket and oversized cup, heated water with the electric kettle and warmed the water in the bucket, completed my very quick shower. LIke I was camping. Just made the most of what is available. Otherwise, it's like an adventure, your attitude of how to handle a situation with what is available to work with. With a little improvement, it's not a bad accommodation. We did not get a chance to go around the city, just wanted to meet up with some relatives.

I always like being in Iloilo City.
I always like being in Iloilo City. As a student in the 70s; I have seen so much progress and development, however, there are areas too where structural plans (overfly) were unfinished, thereby, causing more chaos and frustrations to vehicular travellers; e.g., in Pavia as an example.
I love the Ilongo people of Iloilo; somehow they have a certain gentleness in them, respectful and always willing to help. May I also mention that my favourite are the people of Guimaras. They almost have a different culture from the rest of the places I have visited around our country for the same reasons as mentioned above but just a degree higher.

Modernized and yet still retains the history and the culture. Traffic is reasonable. Food selections and restaurants are impressive. People are still the same friendly, hospitable and always have a warm smile. The beaches are great. Proud to be an Ilonggo.

There is a lot to see in this friendly, clean and enchanting city - innovative museums, heritage houses, wonderful Spanish-era Churches, American colonial era period art deco architecture as well as yummie food and a number of good modern shopping malls and quality hotels. There is also an excellent river walk (Esplanade). I would recommend taking a tour, as the historical importance and beauty of this city can be easily missed as is spread out across on number of districts. Among the museums, the ILOMOCA modern art museum deserves special mention as it is very innovative and features top local artists.

There are some busy roads with plenty of interesting and Historical buildings not to be missed in JARO and MOLO and riverfront with very long walkways

Fantastic staff, amazing service. They are all a sweetheart!! Plus, the people of Ilo-Ilo are probably the most polite and the friendliest in the entire Philippines.
Too bad we needed to change the hotel twice because they were fully booked during dinagyang. You need to have some drinks at Manifesto Restaurant on the 2nd floor. We had a bliss! Great breakfast as well, not to mention they have an amazing ala carte choices.

The place was impeccably clean. We were greeted by Kuya Juancho at the lobby and was escorted upstairs to the property. The location was perfect, literally right next door to Festive Walk. The pool and gym was an added bonus. Zaida was very accommodating and professional. We even had a chef cook our breakfast on our first morning

Location - The hotel was just across SM Iloilo which was very convenient. There is also a 711 Convenience store on the grand floor should you need to go for a quick supply run.
Cleanliness - The room was thoroughly cleaned before they offer them to guests.
Room storage - There was more than enough storage for all our stuff.
Microwave and fridge were also available for use.
Within Atria district, neear SM so it's easy to find.
Clean and decent budget hotel. Manage your expectations.
Staff was polite and helpful, especially with giving directions.
With complimentary breakfast. Buffet is ok, usual Filipino breakfast. I skipped on my second day but the staff called to inform me in case I forgot.
Linens and towels were a bit old but clean.
What I like about the property are the following : Location of the Hotel- it was located in the city centre, it is close by to where we wanted to go. it is accessible to the city’s night life, restaurants, cafe and mall is nearby also. The hotel is newly built- so the facilities are new, the bed, the toilet are clean without any water pressure issues.
Thank you for accommodating us again. This has been a wonderful experience with the lovely family. We will always recommend this property to our friends and family whenever they need short stay in Iloilo City, where this has been our home far away from home. Thanks guys.
