Lovely hostess - she went out of her way to make us feel at home. The house has a modern finish inside and the room was great with a personal touch - more than we expected. For breakfast we had croissants and cereal - more than enough to get us going. Great location as well.

Quaint little town.
Quaint little town. Where we stayed in the town everything was at our finger tips, ie. easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, takeaways, parks, easy access to the expressway north & south etc. We will come back to Cambridge.

Cambridge is lovely quaint town that has a relaxed "Old English" charm [yes it also has it's own "Queen Street"] that embraces visitors wishing to explore and experience new adventures [especially cycling related - eg river trails, cycling races/tours/champs and the Avantidrome for track cyclists] whilst enjoying a variety of local cafes, eateries, bars and restaurants etc [check out the yummy turkish pitas/wraps at Kebabelicious down town]. It's very easy to navigate and get around a predominantly flat landscape by bike, foot or car. And to get there from Warkworth [just 2.5-3 hr trip now] is even easier now that the new motorway takes you to and through Auckland on to the speedy 110 kph Waikato expressway which then takes you right into the heart of Cambridge from the 2nd exit ramp [next after the Avantidrome one] via a lovely straight road past Amazon's huge spaceship-like distribtution centre - nga mihi nunui [many thanks] Cambridge - see you again real soon !! :-)

Very cute little town.
Very cute little town. Not a lot to do here but we just used it to sleep over for an event in Te Awamutu.
We stayed at the Top 10 Holiday Park which we found to be very tidy and clean for a camp ground. Would highly receommend it.
Our favourite restaurant was Hanoi Boy. The service and food were exceptional.

The room needed to be opened up and aired out before guests arrived it smelt bad when walked in. Some flyspray for the ants would be good... we used a bit of pepper and that seemed to work. The couch and dining chairs were very uncomfortable and need to be upgraded. The bed was hard and lumpy and did not sleep well..There are some birds that may be nesting on ..in..or close to the roof...that were very loud in the morning and woke us up. The TV was small and where placed was hard to watch from the couch.
Perfect for a weekend getaway for two, and will be fantastic for a family in the summer with the pool.
The hosts are very friendly and welcoming and make you feel at home. The accommodation is spotless and well appointed.
It’s a short drive to the city centre with lots to do, see and buy. Don’t miss the weekend markets in Cambridge and Hamilton.
Amazing lovely lady on the front counter. We had an unexpected overnight stay in Cambridge and the service was excellent. The Hotel is ideally located with lots of eating places within walking distance including a supermarket. The use of a full gym was an added bonus. Also has excellent laundry facilities. I would highly recommend this hotel.
The location was excellent. Located in beautiful farm land with only a 5 minute drive to Cambridge shops. The outlook was beautiful with a swimming pool and spa surrounded by a deck to look at the view. Wendy and Mike, our hosts, were absolutely amazing, kind, friendly and extremely helpful.
It was close to all amenities.
I thoroughly enjoyed staying their.
The Apartment was beautiful clean.and so peaceful.
The beds were so comfortable.
I will be recommending it to Friends & Families.
I will be staying again when I'm traveling to Cambridge again.
Beautifully furnished and styled with comfortable bedding, beautiful linen and towels, and high end comfortable seating. Sparklingly clean and well maintained...felt luxurious and when compared to many hotels and airbnbs we've stayed in, this out shone all.
Excellent facilities. Handy to Cambridge. A real country escape… from being met by a cow, sheep, alpacas. Warmly welcomed by owner. Excellent facilities. Listening to birdsong and being entertained by alpacas in this oasis.
The house is beautiful and set in the rolling hills outside of Cambridge. Our hosts were even better. From the moment we arrived we were treated as honored guests. They hit the balance between attentive and relaxed.
Everything. We love this apartment. It has everything you need for a relaxing stay. It's close to Cambridge and in a beautiful location. Super bathroom, very comfortable bed and great to sit and read or watch tv.
The decor and standard of the room are excellent. We like the room being separate from the main house and have now stayed twice as it's so comfortable and handy to family anywhere in the Waikato/Cambridge area.
Everything about the place, Location, cleanliness, views, facilities, friendly hosts, comfortable furniture, an easy to relax in, easy access to the town centre of Cambridge, pleasant walks around the place.
Margaret made me feel welcome and at home. She went above and beyond for me. She gave me valuable tips on the area (restaurants and walks). I would 100% stay with Margaret again when in Cambridge.
Nice set up and very handy to get in and out of Cambridge. Well-appointed room and very nice bathroom. A bit of noise from the neighboring area. Very clean and excellent bathroom and shower.
Breakfast, we suggest small pudding bowls plus cereal eg muesli, rather than a muesli bar. Probably cheaper option!
Enough for 3 people. A grass per person would be nice!
Beautiful property, clean and tidy with lots of space. Lovely hosts and good communication.
Great location, close to the main centre of Cambridge and quiet.
