From the moment we arrived all the staff that we spoke to were very polite and friendly. The room was very clean and modern and the bed was very comfortable. A nice touch was croissant, fruit and tea for breakfast. Very good location close to station and town. Good ambience about the hotel. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Venlo next year.

Great little town, quaint cobbled streets and excellent cafes, restaurants and bars. Transportation around town is super easy no matter the mode and even if you want to go to Germany, Belgium or even just to Amsterdam for the day the train network and frequency to Venlo is good.

Venlo ouzes character with quaint winding pedestrianised streets and a good market on a Saturday. Lots of individual shops and loads of good restaurants and pavement cafes. Lovely waterfront cafes, our favourite is De Werf.

Quality furniture and furnishings.
Quality furniture and furnishings. Beautiful view over the shopping precinct, trees and parkland. Lovely breeze coming in the windows, perfect for early summer month 👏
Stairs were steep and difficult with luggage but once we reached our room we were very pleasantly surprised at how lovely, clean and luxurious it felt.

The room was rather expensive.
The room was rather expensive. Hotel miss managed my reservation and only had one night instead of two. The service in the restaurant was attrocias. Took forever to be waited on, I had to ask for the wine card 3 times before I finally received it. The waitress said she was busy as an excuse but it was more her unprofessional service & attitude.

Next to the train station and 2 minutes to the parking garage and also at the city Center to Venlo down town. You could just do everything walking.
Perfekt WhatsApp Canal for informations where to park and where to eat etc. . Cabal started with the booking and you could ask everything important.
Breakfast: different with „only“ Croissants, jams, lot of fruits and Coffee but just great. We loved that. More then ok for a night.
Friendly stuff
Rooms: done were good and quit.
Nice hotel very close to the train station and a short distance from the LF Maas cycle route. Very friendly staff that allowed us to park our bikes in an unused meeting room so that they are safe (and dry) during the night. Breakfast is very good with multiple choices for warm and cold breakfast, different kind of bread and good coffee. Rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfy.
We did spend there 3 nights, around this 15/08, for business; and it was just splendid and grogeous.
Staff is amazingly at his place and there when needed. The food and wines were of high standards. The Hotel as well as around and sauna/ gym were very clean.
A very good quality/ price for such an excellence. Thanks
The room, The view, The breakfast, All Fantastic..
