I stay in this hotel cause I having classes every weekend . I found the receptionist is very having problem not will service to customer . I don't like they put a long awaiting register for a room. I also face the room is someone already been use and very smelly and disgusting room. Kindly Management take a look into this matter seriously. Customer is paying for the clean room not been using by someone else.

Puchong is not exactly a vacation destination.
Puchong is not exactly a vacation destination. It's more suitable for business travellers. I guess you can use a hotel in this suburb as a base to get around KL or Selangor, but I wouldn't do it this way.

Plan properly for the trip or you will be stuck on the road due to traffic jams.
Look ahead for any attractions like restaurants or shopping malls. Some restaurants need to be booked in advance but this one I love! You can try PitBoy BBQ, Puchong. Their food is very good, delicious and excellent.

Homestay space suits for parents with max 3 kids. Swimming pool and free parking available. Only the aircond is not cold enough but still ok to my family. The most worry is the location due to it is a hotspot area for flood problem.

The Signature Hotel is a few minutes walk to LRT Pusat Bandar Puchong, very convenient for travelers by LRT. The LRT station is the same line linking to TBS station which is good for travelers taking bus at TBS.
There are many restaurants and food courts around, easy access to many variety of food.

I liked the first impression with the receptionists when checking in and when checking out.
I like the location, the cleanliness, the service.
What can be improved is the time the restaurant close and needs to offer room service at night.
1. Toiletries in the bathroom.
2. Got 2 towels in each room.
3. Full set kitchenette. Mirowave, electric stove & washing machine.
4. Dustbin everywhere.
5. Easy to park. Extra spot at the visitor area.
6. Staff was really helpful.
7. Giant size of pool. No time limit. Can swim until 10 pm if not mistaken.
8. The bed was soooo comfortable. Forgot to check it out what brand they use.
9. Elevator so fast. No need to wait. Just press and tadaaa.. so fast!
I travel and working from hotel at the same times. WIFI is strong enough. Room is comfortable. The first room we stay was not feeling good as we requested to change room. The staff attended our query friendly and we manage to change room. Bigger room and very comfortable stay
This hotel located center of bandar puteri puchong where near to my visiting appointment place, the room was very very clean & i have a good hot shower after work back to rest, inner room was simple & nice feeling very comfortable. Highly recommended
Spacious room and very clean. Staffs super friendly and very attentive. Pretty good food too including room service. There's pool and gym (good enough in the hotel) should you feel like sweating out a little. Great day and night view too!
It's quite clean. In fact it's the cleanest hotel of similar category we have stayed in till now. And the front desk receptionist is very friendly. Location is very good, many unique eateries and shops within walking distance.
Staff were nice, lifts were fast. Good location if you want to be in Puchong area. We did not eat at the hotel so can’t comment on the food. Good shower head and water pressure. There is a fridge in the room. Comfortable bed.
