The bathroom is in need of a thorough cleaning. Toilet bowl especially needs a good scrubbing. Not up to par. There was no water supply in the hotel on Sunday until later in the day. Requested for room with facilities for disabled person, not available. Facilities for disabled person are crucial especially in the bathroom to prevent fall.

Actually I was surprised by the number of things tourist can do here in Muar. There is a river cruise as well as a sunset lookout point. Then, there are also the old buildings around the town. To add, this is also a food haven town with many great places to try and local dishes are a must.
Traffic in Muar can be hectic at times with the traffic lights can be a bit confusing as to whether the right lane turns right or to go straight, and the left lane turns left or to go straight. There are many many cars on the roads during peak hours but not much delay experienced.
It was a really short trip so didn't had a chance to seek out its shopping scene.

Muar is a very clean town.
Muar is a very clean town. I really admire that. my friends and I was there on a Saturday so most of the shops are closed. You will find alot of activities to do in Muar. Tonnes of superb food, just search for it.

1. Bring your own iron as hotel iron was at common area and its already stuck at the wall. One cannot dismantle it n bring to your room for ironing
2. Lighting jn room and bathroom were so dim. Not safe for elderly people n kids.
The room was quite comfortable and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. It was convenient to have hangers for my clothes, a small fridge to keep some snacks, a TV for entertainment, an AC unit to keep the room cool, a safe to store valuables, and a kettle to make hot beverages. Overall, I found the amenities provided in the room to be satisfactory and contributed to a enjoyable experience at the hotel
The family room was very spacious
The service staff (counter and security) were very efficient. He contacted us before we reached, ensure that he passed our room key to security before his shift ended so that we were able to get into our room.

The counter staff are very friendly n helpful. Ask me to take a gd rest after seeing me riding bike the whole day. Location is just 1 street away from city centre so there is no traffic noise at night. And i must applaud for the cleanliness standard. Will book this hotel again if i come muar again
The room is okay and clean. Although the room is quite small, but it quite comfortable for sleep. Near to McDonald and can order from foodpanda. The lobby is so spacious. Im so thankful for the lift. Love it. Will repeat it again if we are coming to Muar again.

Beautiful hotel, clean. Reception have Cuckoo water filter, can get hot water and warm water, very convenient for family especially have baby. Will come here next time.
