The bathroom is in need of a thorough cleaning. Toilet bowl especially needs a good scrubbing. Not up to par. There was no water supply in the hotel on Sunday until later in the day. Requested for room with facilities for disabled person, not available. Facilities for disabled person are crucial especially in the bathroom to prevent fall.

Actually I was surprised by the number of things tourist can do here in Muar. There is a river cruise as well as a sunset lookout point. Then, there are also the old buildings around the town. To add, this is also a food haven town with many great places to try and local dishes are a must.
Traffic in Muar can be hectic at times with the traffic lights can be a bit confusing as to whether the right lane turns right or to go straight, and the left lane turns left or to go straight. There are many many cars on the roads during peak hours but not much delay experienced.
It was a really short trip so didn't had a chance to seek out its shopping scene.

Muar is a very clean town.
Muar is a very clean town. I really admire that. my friends and I was there on a Saturday so most of the shops are closed. You will find alot of activities to do in Muar. Tonnes of superb food, just search for it.

1. Bring your own iron as hotel iron was at common area and its already stuck at the wall. One cannot dismantle it n bring to your room for ironing
2. Lighting jn room and bathroom were so dim. Not safe for elderly people n kids.

Location is very good. Getting food is not a problem. Dominos pizza, secret receipe, 7eleven, Muar soup house, and of course, satay for breakfast. everything is walking distance..
hotel location on main road..noise from mat rempit is there, esp, for room+window+facing main road.

Check in was fast. The rooms were well appointed and clean. Parking is convenient. Since the hotel layout is on ground floor only, access to the rooms is easy and convenient and by extension for wheel chair bound seniors and the handicapped. The row of eateries adjacent to the hotel are worth visiting for short eats and main course meals throughtout the day. The hotel is 1 km or thereabouts from the town centre. The staff are friendly and well trained.
2nd time checked in. 1st time on the 7th of December was amazing. This time I got treated like shit by the lady that answer the phone whom I believe is the day shift staff manning the counter. She lied to me in regard of room availability even after I already got confirmation from booking.com. I was also give a used room as the bed sheet was not fresh. unacceptable conduct
The convenience of checking in and out. Cleanliness of room. Free parking in front of the hotel. Qiblat direction for praying. It is a good price for a short 1-night stay in the middle of Muar town - it is easy to find good food around town and many interesting places to go to.
The host is very hospitable. Response to us within minutes thru the booking.com app. The how is very clean. I think everything is new including the fridge, tv. Theres also foosball game which is very fun! The most important part is it is very valuable for money!
My favourite hotel by far in Muar! Hotel room is very big, clean and cozy. My kid enjoy running around. Love the beds. Location is very nice. Got 99speedmart, pharmacy, coffee shop and marrybrown nearby. Friendly staff also. Thank you!
Big room. The location is great, just located at the Muar town. There are cafe, florist, 99 speed mart, shopping center and Marry brown in walking distance. Free parking at the yellow line. The aircon in room is cold enough!
the complimentary coffee and tea in the common area. But did not have a chance to use. The deco is acceptable but the hotel is poorly maintained. Requires new coat of paint for sure.
