Place was OK for the price we paid. At least it was clean n staff was helpful. It can be a very nice place for family members to have a get together as they do have a small sitting area. Unfortunately aircon not working so it was a bit hot n stuffy.

I was surprise there many Buddhist temples in KOTA Bahru and most of them have the largest or tallest statues, worth to visit

We didn't find much to do in Kota Bahru. We were there on a public holiday so not sure if that affected how many places were open. The area we stayed was pretty dead. We visited the street art which was very beautiful. We had a look at the river which was close to where we stayed. It was brown and murky and quite disgusting. We used this as a stop over before heading to the Perhentian Islands but wished we had kept going. We ate at the Barat Bistro. We were the only customer at the time but the food was excellent.

I really enjoy my staycation in Kota Bharu. Their people are nice and polite. Their society are simple, and I enjoyed their local food especially Laksam, Nasi Dagang, Nasi Ulam Cikgu, Coal grilled sea food which really fresh, sup belut and many more. I also enjoy their worth buying local fruits especially durian, rambutan etc…
Never leave Kota Bharu without having their Raja Kunyit Durian, sup belut and nasi ulam cikgu…

I travelled near end of august.
I travelled near end of august. Turn out it rained almost every night. Hence night outdoor activity is less convenient. Pantai cahaya bulan has several good food stall there. U can enjoy your meal beside the beach with sea view. Those who like Batik can find alot of batik stores at trade centre which is located just opposite of Pasar khatijah. Food stall in between trade centre and pasar khatijah taste good also.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and quiet, you can have nice sleep and rest. It's near for everything restaurants, shops and Khadijah Market. You can enjoy walking around.
The location was easy to find with many facilities within walking distance. Opposite a big convenience store and a stone's throw from KB town.
The room was appropriately sized and includes amenities such as LCD TV, Mini Bar, Stand Iron, A/C. The toilet was clean and comfortable much to our liking.
Parking space is available in front of the hotel which you can pay through the municipal app or just pay at the parking agents.
Closed to eating spot in kota bharu such as kopitiam kita was about 500meter from hotel. And others restaurant nearby..in fact 1 cafe was just in front of the hotel and its good for you to have a breakfast there. The staff was amazing,the bed was comfortable enough for 2nights stays. Wifi connectivity is amazing and blazing fast
Everything was great! Out of expectation for a budget hotel. Room are clean, big and I really like the arranging. Parking is easy. Staff are friendly and nice. Facilities provided is enough. Ironing facilities also easy to get. Its really exceed my expectation. Good Job Tanjong inn! Gonna repeat this hotel again in future :)
Very comfortable and worthwhile budget hotel. The smell is very fragrant in the hotel lobby and the room is very clean, tidy and comfortable. Usually, i cannot sleep when i'm staying at hotel, but this hotel is different, i can sleep soundly until morning. Definitely, will come again next time...
The location is very good; in front of masjid. Within walk-in distance to Bazar Buluh Kubu and Pasar Khadijah; both are must visit places in Kota Bharu.
But beting in the city center also means high chances that you’ll be trapezium in traffic jammed especially during weekend and holidays.
I like the location obviously because it is located in a centre of Kota Bharu and at Friday night, there will be food truck and of course the foods are awesome and surprisingly cheap. And for sure, the price for this studio is very affordable. Keep it up.
