Love the location. Variety of restaurants. However, staff to slow to act. And please have a staff to carry our luggage especially the room in 2nd floor. No lift. Difficult for me travelling with kids to carry a lot of stuff alone to 2nd floor. Room service is excellent. I left my gold chain under the pillow. It was still there. They came n remind me to be careful. I am very grateful.
It's a budget hotel and you can't expect more than what you paid. I stayed 6 days in the room with window, toilet include hot shower , air conditioner working well, just few steps downstair you can find Chinese and Malay foods, located in the middle of kajang town. Easy access to everywhere bus/train/taxi.
During my stay, there's no water supply in the morning. Ive never been in this situation in any hotel before. Luckily, i book 4 rooms so that i can go to their room downstairs. With 5 kids, it was not a pleasant experience. Staf was really kind and facility is good.

-Got self service machine where you can check in/check out on your own. Instructions on screen are easy to follow.
Came here few times for business travel alone. Always got the same room which is nice from online booking. For low budget hotel, this is cleanest and most comfortable hotel I've been. Near to petrol station and restaurants.
