Love the location. Variety of restaurants. However, staff to slow to act. And please have a staff to carry our luggage especially the room in 2nd floor. No lift. Difficult for me travelling with kids to carry a lot of stuff alone to 2nd floor. Room service is excellent. I left my gold chain under the pillow. It was still there. They came n remind me to be careful. I am very grateful.
The environment with that HSE and movie with netflix really make me happy watching fov movies ...no body disturbed and very silent at night....morning waiting see the 🌞... simple cooking sleep well...tq so much I take rest and spend time with my kids....couse I coming from jb and my kids stay kajang so really happy with the environment...tq
The location is just great. Easy to locate (even 'Waze' brought me to somewhere else on my first trip) with easy access to PLUS highway. Even its not provided by the hotel, breakfast is not a problem at all since there're a lot of breakfast / food seller (hawkers) in the area & there's even a Mamak Restaurant too!
We liked that they offered 24hr staff at the reception, however did not always greet or acknowledge that we came back to the hotel.
The rooms had airconditioning and the beds were okay.
