100 Boutique Living, hotel in Rabat

Set within 10 km of Hagar Qim and 11 km of University of Malta in Rabat, 100 Boutique Living features accommodation with seating area.

Everything was perfect. The location in the central town of Rabat gets you away from the noise of the coastal towns and the more touristy, walkable Mdina, but there are frequent buses everywhere. Some great little restaurants in the back streets. The hotel room is spacious and clean, comfortable, and with all facilities, there's a pool and sun terraces. It's adult only, quiet, and there were singles and couples of all ages. Big breakfast choice. Privately owned and the couple are lovely, very helpful, and so welcoming.

The Misraħ at Rabat, hotel in Rabat

Featuring garden views, The Misraħ at Rabat provides accommodation with a garden and a patio, around 8.7 km from Hagar Qim.

I have rather randomly picked this place, and it turned out to be... a little heaven!!! I rarely leave comments, and this time I won't be bothered to post some photos as well. First of all, it is not a house. It is a castle. And not anyone's. Lannister's :D From the very entrance, through the hallway, up the most amazing staircase, to the room, and then out to the patio where I drank every coffee- I was left speechless. I could not believe the whiteness of the walls, they looked as if painted that morning. The room- super big, the closets- the same. There was everything from the iron, to towels, super clean sheets, and even coffee and sugar. As a coffee addict I really really appreciated this :D I have to dedicate an extra sentence to the bed only- I have never ever slept in a more comfortable bed. I indeed have to contact Reuben and ask about the manufacturer :) Having your morning coffee in the patio is an experience for itself. It should be listed within the top 10 Malta attractions. And this is not an exaggeration. Reuben is the kindest man and me and my boyfriend felt as if we were completely alone in, I have to repeat, a castle. Finally, the dog- oh my god, I wish she was there to welcome me home every day. There is no lovelier creature in this planet! To sum it all up- the best weekend of my life!

This is such a nice area with pretty views and beautiful buildings. It is a quiet city but still close to shops, restaurants and the cliffs. The people were very friendly and we felt safe walking around at night. The streets are clean and prices for food are very reasonable. Not very crowded and food is delicious! Its easy to walk or take a bus, although the buses tend to run late, so plan extra time.

Great town, two days enough although there is a good bus service. The history of the city is very interesting, although same said for the history of Malta as a whole. 5 days in Malta to sightsee, more if you want a beach holiday. Quite expensive.

We stayed 2 nights in Rabat leading up to St.

We stayed 2 nights in Rabat leading up to St. Joseph's Feast March 19th. The city was beautifully decorated, each day more items added. We did a walking tour of Mdina and then walked through at night, best time. Rabat makes a great base to explore this part of Malta. We bussed or taxied to Mosta, Dingli Cliffs, Aviation Museum, and even to St. Pauls for the afternoon. Highly recommend.

Rabat is a lovely town close to Mdina. The festa at the end of June was a great experience, seeing Maltese come together as a community was quite charming. Some really good restaurants off the main streets, well worth exploring

Very friendly staff and service is prompt. Food and wine was also great. Rabat is a very interesting place for history and cultural information. The Aviation Heritage museum was of great significance, Ray, his wife Mary Rose and son David were charming and informative.

The apartment was perfectly located for enjoying Rabat on foot. We had a car and although parking os not provided we had no trouble finding parking very near by and it was free. The apartment has lots of stairs with 4 floors ( kitchen in the lower level, livingroom main floor, on the flight up to the bedroom their is a powder room. Second floor is the bedroom and up the next flight of stairs is the main bathroom. A few steps up is a washing machine and then open the patio door and you are on an amazing rooftop terrace with a great with of the top of the church. Joe, was great with communicating with us and met us at the apartment when we arrived. He also had a lovely bottle of wine waiting for us to enjoy! For a very reasonable fee he drove us to the airport at the end of our stay which we really appreciated since we needed to drop the car off the evening before. The only improvement might be to have a few more towels and supply machining machine detergent.....very minor items overall.

Close to Rabat/Mdina tourist attractions and yet relatively easy to reach by car (we parked right in front of the hotel). Room was nice, with a comfy bed (and a 100% transparent shower door). We did not meet staff, nor did we try breakfast because we had a flight departing at 6:00 AM (wake-up time was 3:30, there is a 14 km drive to the airport - easy at that time of morning, no traffic jams... yet significant traffic!). Keycard was in a box at the entrance, all went smooth. Very quiet.

Third stay and still very kind and welcoming staff! Ideal (for L-Imdina, Ir-Rabat, Had-Dingli, Bugibba, Valletta…) and silent location. Large and very comfortable rooms and bathroom in a more authentic housing that lots of hotels. Wonderful choices of breakfasts served in the peaceful « garden » of a palace less than a minute walk from the room. Air conditioning and TV (with lots of channels) working perfectly. Cleaning has been done several times during the stay (while away).

Perfect location near the Rabat and Mdina bus stops. Just across the road from the Mdina gate. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Our top floor room and balcony had great views over Rabat and Mdina. The room was lovely and cool with air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. The bed was really comfortable with 2 types of pillow. The TV/IPTV had all the channels we wanted. The kitchette was small but had everything we needed - we ate out each day.

It was a pleasure to meet Pauline and Charlie, who were the perfect hosts, very friendly, warm, and welcoming. The room was spotless, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast served was absolutely delicious. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this hotel.

Free parking is available at the point the vue main parking, but you should tip the guy overseeing it because he is really nice. Mdina and Rabat are only a few walking minutes away.

A superb boutique hotel in the wonderful town of Rabat. The hosts could not have been more helpful; I was relocating to Malta for work and their assistance and advice will never be forgotten. They have restored this town house with the same care and attention as they give their guests. The Hidden Gem lives entirely up to its name. Grazzi ħafna Bridget and Patrick

It was a truly remarkable experience staying in a 400-year old traditional Maltese house. But even more remarkable than that are its owners that made me the perfect holiday with their tips&triks. After seeing the whole island, I am definitely sure that Rabat & The Hidden Gem are the perfect places to stay in Malta in terms of everything.
