The location wth its proximity to Medina excellent. It was close to a big public car park which made it easy for us with a rental car. It was also situated in a quiet street. The accommodation itself spacious and clean with the complimentary good coffee a bonus. The breakfast in the morning served from 8.30 which to us is one hour too late but it was plentiful with a range of choices. Check in was easy with codes and communication good too.

Great town, two days enough although there is a good bus service. The history of the city is very interesting, although same said for the history of Malta as a whole. 5 days in Malta to sightsee, more if you want a beach holiday. Quite expensive.

We stayed 2 nights in Rabat leading up to St.
We stayed 2 nights in Rabat leading up to St. Joseph's Feast March 19th. The city was beautifully decorated, each day more items added. We did a walking tour of Mdina and then walked through at night, best time. Rabat makes a great base to explore this part of Malta. We bussed or taxied to Mosta, Dingli Cliffs, Aviation Museum, and even to St. Pauls for the afternoon. Highly recommend.

Rabat is a lovely town close to Mdina. The festa at the end of June was a great experience, seeing Maltese come together as a community was quite charming. Some really good restaurants off the main streets, well worth exploring

The apartment was perfectly located for enjoying Rabat on foot. We had a car and although parking os not provided we had no trouble finding parking very near by and it was free. The apartment has lots of stairs with 4 floors ( kitchen in the lower level, livingroom main floor, on the flight up to the bedroom their is a powder room. Second floor is the bedroom and up the next flight of stairs is the main bathroom. A few steps up is a washing machine and then open the patio door and you are on an amazing rooftop terrace with a great with of the top of the church.
Joe, was great with communicating with us and met us at the apartment when we arrived. He also had a lovely bottle of wine waiting for us to enjoy!
For a very reasonable fee he drove us to the airport at the end of our stay which we really appreciated since we needed to drop the car off the evening before.
The only improvement might be to have a few more towels and supply machining machine detergent.....very minor items overall.

Loved location. Special place day and night for sightseeing.
Loved location. Special place day and night for sightseeing. Could be a hub to explore entire island. I found 1 day visit to be just right for me. Loved the clean environs of the town and the beautiful street lights.
One of the best small hotels I've stayed at. Great decor, clean and well looked after. Staff friendly and helpful. Location couldn't be better, outside Mdina and across the road from main bus stops. Most of all its quiet at night despite being near the main road - quite rare in Malta! You can eat in their cafe below, discount for guests is a great perk. Balcony was a great addition for sitting and watching the world go by. Highly recommended and I'll be staying again.
A superb boutique hotel in the wonderful town of Rabat. The hosts could not have been more helpful; I was relocating to Malta for work and their assistance and advice will never be forgotten. They have restored this town house with the same care and attention as they give their guests. The Hidden Gem lives entirely up to its name.

Quick check-in. Room was comfortable, clean and air conditioned. Breakfast was great with many options to choose from, and the staff was polite, efficient and very helpful. Location is perfect - the Mdina gate is 3 min walk, Domvs Romana (Roman house) is 5 min walk, and even catacombs are very close. Also the bus stops are right next to the guesthouse.
Location was amazing, lovely and quiet but five minutes from Mdina. Lots of nice restaurants and good for morning walks and runs too. The place was so clean too. I rarely saw staff but Divya came and introduced herself and let me know she was nearby and was very lovely and helpful. Great to be able to sign into my Netflix on the TV too!
The room was very large and comfortable. The staff came everyday to change the sheets and towels, so the room was clean. It had everything we needed.
Breakfast was included but we were always late so never got to Try it. The location was ok. In the quiet part of Malta , Mdina was 7 min away by feet. Bus stations were 5 - 7 min away
Lovely small hotel (4 rooms) in a good location for the catacombs in Rabat and old town of Mdina. Rooms are big and the kids liked the array of options on the TV. The hot food at breakfast was really good. The room was already ready for us when we arrived at 11:30am, well before the designated check in time.
Would highly recommend myn in Rabat! It is situated in a lovely quiet area and so close to the Mdina. The owner and staff are lovely and friendly, the room was perfect, comfortable and clean. Can walk into Mdina and loads of places of interest /things to do/places to eat
Lovely well equipped apartment in a great location to enjoy Rabat and the madina
We had a lovely welcome from Donna. Our visit coincided with the feast of St Joseph which was an unexpected bonus.
I’d definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others
Comfortabel bed and pillows, our room had a nice, big roof terrace, overlooking the park and the rooftops of Mdina. Many international tv channels. Friendly cleaner.
The location is good, but Rabat is small, so most places are central and near Mdina.
Great location in the front of gate to Mdina. We have a rooftop apartment with large terrace with with to the Mdina city, perfect for breakfast, dinner or sunbath. We also really enjoyed the big bath in the bathroom with view to the old Rabat.
A nice, comfortable room in a beautiful atria-lit guesthouse, with great facilities and a beautiful location near to the Mdina old town, the sights of Rabat, and the bus station with connections to the rest of Malta.
The place is very well kept, staff very helpful and very easy to find and it's a quiet area. Lovely rooms. Good breakfast as well . Ideal for a couple on a holiday and close to interesting places and Mdina
The location is about a 10 minute walk outside of the main part of Rabat/Mdina and directly on multiple bus routes. Our room was on the upper floor and quiet.
Beautifully designed, unique hotel in a great location (middle of Rabat, 10 min walk to Mdina). Mary Grace is really kind, room is clean, breakfast is great.
the rooms where clean and the toilet was clean . i had a comfortable stay at the hotel , the host was friendly and easy to talk with and helpful as well.
