Very clean and spacious rooms. I really appreciate the pick up and drop off shuttle services from Iiyama and Yudanaka Stations. Great location next to Ryuoo Sky Park for skiing and snowboarding. Guests please message property if you would like to add dinner to your stay the night before check-in. The chefs need time to get groceries and prepare for dinner service (charged separately from room cost)

The onsen in our room was awesome. The keisake dinner was so satisfying and delicious. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Staff dropped off and pick up at the Snow Monkey Park and train station with no cost. The whole experience was excellent.

Really friendly staff. The onsens were fantastic. You can reserve a private one for only 1500 yen. The wood was nicer the granite though both were great. They accommodate vegetarian diets. Excellent 9 course dinner and traditional breakfast
