Beautiful private design, with traditional Japanese decoration in the lobby I truly thought I was staying in an art museum. All inclusive tea, coffee, beer, and sake (being my personal favorite) included, along with a complimentary breakfast of onigiri and miso soup, extremely friendly and helpful staff, stayed only a night due to a layover but more then worth it, included traditional Japanese pajama set was a nice touch truly everything you need besides your own personal cloths, truly a flight above any ordinary hotel.

I had to go to Tokyo for 2 days and stayed at this hotel for one night.
The place was very clean, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and nice. As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe with the double lock and the flashlight in the room. Additionally, the hairdryer was top-notch, which is rare in many hotels. Area is quiet and peaceful, with plenty of shops to explore.
Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and secure stay!

Location is excellent, only a few minutes walk from Kawasaki station and nearby shops like Don Quijote, should you need anything last minute. Beds are unique compared to other hotels. Rooms are small but that is mostly the norm with some hotels in Japan. There isn't much of a view but the room's uniqueness and modern design makes up for it. Only stayed one night but recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to explore Kawasaki area further.

It's not a beautiful city, but it's lively and convenient for visiting Tokyo and Yokohama. Some good shopping around the station area. A great safe nightlife with lots of places to eat (mainly yakiniku and yakitori – though it would have been possible to eat vegetarian)..

Kawasaki seems far but is really 1 stop from Shinagawa on the express trains which runs frequently. 4 stops on the regular train. It's just across from the Tamagawa river which separate Tokyo from Kanagawa.

A decent new hotel in great location next to big hub of public transportation (get on the right rapid train and you can get from Shimbashi station (Ginza) back to hotel within 14min) and huge mall. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. I’ll return so many times to Japan due to how wonderful Japan is, and the people. Especially at this hotel: at check in I mistakenly paid JPY300K instead of JPY30K but Mr. Kikuchi at reception kindly gave me back ¥270K. I was and I am soo impressed and thankful to Mr. Kikuchi 🙏. Then at check out I forgot my iPad in the room. When I came back in the evening to get my stored suitcase, the hotel returned it to me while I still didn’t know I’ve left it in room. Thank you so much to the housekeeper of my room. Staff performance at Metropolitan Kawasaki deserve all the brightest stars in the sky 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Kawasaki is pretty peaceful considering how close it is to the big city. I had a local craft beer served by the very brewer, the local izakayas and ramen shops all seemed friendly and delicious. I would happily go back, for more beer and ramen.

One of the great place to stay, not too far from HND airport, shopping malls, restaurants, discount stores convenience store, etc. It is easy to reach by any train either JR Kawasaki or Keikyu Kawasaki.
The room was clean and was in the format of other hotel chains in Japan. Clean and amenities provided. I stayed for one night before I had to head to the airport. 5-10 mins walk from Kawasaki train station and around around 15 mins walk from the Keikyu Airport line. Pls bear in mind that the airport trains do not run from Kawasaki train station. The hotel is very close to lots of restaurants and a massage place is also located in the same premises. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good wifi in the room and the bed was comfortable.

Service is great
They provide extra amenities such as towels, cups and yukata on the next day even though i didn't ask for it.
The tv system interface is exceptional. You will get all kinds of information regarding hotel facilities, check in/out time, video on demand (I like this VOD stuff 😉) and also all tv programs across Japan. You wanna extend your check out time? No problem, just use the tv remote and click to extend by hours (1000yen/hour). You just need to pay during check out later. EASY!
The location was convenient and easy to get to from the train station. The room was very quiet. The bed was quite comfortable - I prefer as soft of a mattress as possible and this was pretty good for a hotel mattress where they’re trying to accommodate as many different guest preferences as possible. I’d the mattress was comparable to nice hotels in the US that you might book for business travel or a family vacation. I don’t speak any Japanese, but didn’t have any issues communicating with staff.
Perfect location next to Kawasaki station. The Lazona Kawasaki Plaza is also right across the street for easy shopping and dining (they even have a Starbucks). My room was righ on the rail line, but the glass was completely sound-absorbing, so I didn't hear a thing. They provide a couple of USB charging spots bedside, along with a 3-in-1 adapter (USB-C, USB-micro & lightning).
Great location at the Keikyu Kawasaki station! Especially if coming from Haneda with large suitcases so you don’t walk far after getting off the Keikyu train from the airport. The elevator is just pass the 7-11 store up to the 3rd floor for check in at the front desk. And restaurants and snack options on all 3 floors. So convenient!
The store’s ,restaurant and bars is near by, love it
Staffs is nice and very helpful and that’s why I love Japan.
They have a laundry room in the 5th floor if I’m not mistaken.
Cozy hotel that near to Kawasaki station love love .
Nice standard high quality hotel. Very very nice and caring staff and can speak English well. Location is the best, right beside the JR Kawasaki station. Walking distance to all major shopping areas and restaurants.
Reasonable sized room at a very good price, with everything we need. Nice onsen. Helpful staff. Clean room. Close to Kawasaki station making travelling to other places easy.
the hotel is good and nice, 500m to train station , highly recommend , friendly staff and good location nearby there is mybasket (supermart) and many food to eat
Location near Kawasaki train station, perfect to reach any point in Tokyo, perfect noise isolation in the room, even though hotel is 15 meters from railway
Very new and stylish hotel in Kawasaki. Everything was just right - not too fancy nor cheap. It had everything I needed and provided a comfortable stay.
