Friendly staff; all not only at the reception. In facility laundromat which made it easy to wash our own clothes. Great breakfast. Although not a Japanese breakfast, it was good enough, and everything was delicious. Close to Sapporo Station, StellarPlace and Daimaru with excellent dining. Many other positives.
