The style was very peculiar! Loved the decoration and colors chosen for the hotel. It felt like another period of time.

Maybe the hotel is nice - I have no idea to judge that because they don't let you stay there because you booked your stay through booking.com you are staying in an annex - an apartment building. You will get your breakfast in the hotel but since you are not staying there you would have to walk through wet snow to get there.

The best stay experience we have had. It felt like to coming home but coming home to the most beautifully designed home that has thought of every detail. The natural light, natural materials, the spa and the wonderful slow breakfast were just what we needed after a few days hiking in the mountains. The clock tower and pedestrian strip on the doorstep and mountains from the balcony. Unreal.

The cafes and the pubs in Vipiteno are lively with friendly locals and excellent beers and wines. The surrounding countryside is beautiful with little farms dotted around the alps, castles and the mountains themselves are lovely. Even a stroll in the streets is lovely with the little markets that they have set up.

Such a beautiful town with so much to offer from, Skiing, to the magical Christmas markets. Amazing food choices and variety and lots to do around the area every day from walks to the local pool and ice skating rink. A perfect Winter Holiday.

Adorable little town.
Adorable little town. We enjoyed the mix of Italian and German culture. The shops were to walk through. We had a great time. Lunch at Biwak, took the skylift to walk around then dinner at a cute little place called Pizzeria Seidner. The food and service were great! Highly recommended!!

We attended the "dumpling" festival in this town - really a treat with 40 different kinds of dumplings. the weather didn't cooperate but we had a find time visiting the local restaurants.
we choose this property to see the family that was staying also at this hotel. unfortunately our plans had to change because of our rental car policy of not crossing Italy. we kindly asked the hotel for a refund,as they actually didn’t have any room with free cancellation, but they responded in a rude way that we couldn’t. so my family used the room as we didn’t want to waste the money and still the personnel was not clear, on the day saying that the room was paid and the next morning expecting the payment.
This hotel remains the best for me in the area, second year in a row we are here. Rooms are renovated, staff is super hospitable, breakfasts are great, but as always cherry on the top is dinner, so half board is a must here. Chef is amazing and surprises you with amazing dishes every day. Great location, a lot of interesting places around.
Loved the quiet location overlooking the city, but an easy walk to the center. We appreciated the hotel being dog-friendly. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable, with plush duvets. We also loved the food at the restaurant--we had the salad bar and a pizza. Lastly, the sauna/dampbad area was really nice.
Very pleasant guest house up the hill from Vipiteno. Great view. Good dinner (which was provided even though we hadn't booked) and breakfast. They went out of their way to help me charge my Electric Car overnight on the mains, which was very much appreciated
Since our experience was unexpectedly very bad, we must though say that the dinner was very good and breakfast was acceptable.
The location is convenient for a brief walk to the center of the town. We chose this hotel primarily for this reason.
This hotel is very conveniently placed for the beautiful old town. The restaurant was excellent with a lovely outside area. The pizza menu was extensive and the pizzas were great. We managed to get a car-parking space on the street in front.
Food was exceptionally good, pool was great, staff really friendly, rooms nice and clean and a good size. Friendly place for children. Only thing missing was a kettle in the room. We would recommend this hotel and stay again.
We loved Hotel Mondschein! The rooms were huge, modern, and ours had a balcony on two sides! They're pet friendly with no additional fees. The included breakfast was good, and the dinner was delicious and reasonably priced.
We had a lovely double room with balcony and stunning view of the mountains. Dinner and breakfast were both superb. We are very pleased we found this hotel and had good parking and I am sure it could get quite busy.
The staff was totally amazing. Food was to die for. Location was perfect for whatever you wanted to do. The room was so perfect. Best night sleep. Overall I think this hotel was the best place we've been in.
