The apartment has a very good shower and really comfy beds. It is located in a nice spot in the mountain region with beautiful scenery all around. Really enjoyed that place and want to come back to find out more.

We loved pretty much everything about this place. The greeting was warm and very welcoming, despite us arriving later than planned. We were greeted well, shown to our studio room and then left to recover from the drive. What a drive, what a beautiful area. So beautiful. Bormio looks like a ski-ing location but is just as captivating at the back end of May when we were there. Access was easy. The facilities were more than acceptable. The beds were comfortable too - very important. Iwould happily return to this town and this hotel, no problems.
The apartment is very nice, new, clean, spacious. Equipped with all necessary devices. Underground garage for a car. Beautiful views from the terrace of the mountains and the surrounding area. The property is located approximately 25 km from Livingo and approximately 12 km from Bormio. Access to Livingo is via a winding mountain road, but well maintained. The owner Alessandro is very helpful, nice and polite, he takes exceptional care of his guests. The facility is worth the price. Definitely worth recommending.
From the moment we checked in, the reception staff proved to be incredibly helpful. They not only guided us to a fantastic local restaurant but also recommended some mouthwatering dishes. Their local expertise was a real asset.

The staff of this hotel has excellent attitude, they are kind, friendly and helpful. The meals are pretty good and the service is very good. My room was a single room, not big but alright for one person, the bathroom was new and the floor of the room too. I complained that I was cold and they turned on the heaters, very good. The bed was comfortable
This is a new building with spacious apartments. Location is just half an hour driving from Livigno and few minutes from Bormio. There is a small village with shops and good restaurant just in walking distance.
