I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the environment and surroundings were perfect, there were some issues that affected my experience. The hotel hosts events, which can make it quite noisy. Unfortunately, I wasn't informed about this in advance. Although the bed was comfortable, I struggled to sleep well throughout my stay due to the noise. The disturbance wasn't just from outside but also from other guests within the hotel.
I believe the staff could do a better job of informing guests to respect their neighbors' privacy and quiet hours. This would greatly improve the experience for those who prioritize a peaceful stay.

The staff was top-notch. We appreciate them so much. They had to stay open late due to our delayed flight. The parking service was wonderful. Great breakfast too. Oh and it was very thoughtful they had water and cold glasses in the fridge!!

we felt at home as soon as we arrived. the house is beautiful and recently renovated. the rooms are spacious and beds very comfortable. excellent place to visit the area of Firenze without being in the caos of the city center. it’s also a good place if you are driving through italy and you want to stop for a night as it’s close to an exit of the main highway and yet in a quite place.
the gardens were nice and the history of the property was great. the beds were average. you need to like hard beds. the location is ideal. a market was in Centro when we were there and area for food is great.
