We thoroughly enjoyed the continental breakfast and coffee service. Breakfast is served in a quaint sunny room overlooking the courtyard with options to eat outside.
Our room had a sweet little balcony with a view of the ocean. The room was air conditioned, but you could also open the balcony doors to enjoy the breeze.

Santa Marinella is a very quiet town, with very few food options at the time I visited, second week of April. I feel that the beach and bay area could be renovated to be more welcoming. The best restaurant to eat was Punicum, their food was 10/10. It wasn't well advertised, I stumbled upon it whilst out walking one day.

The ocean is steps away.
The ocean is steps away. We were there off season so many things were closed. Come a little later in April.
Restaurants around our BB opened after 7 , se we ventured a little further and found options open prior to 7.

This was a pleasant place to spend a few days before taking a cruise from Civitiveccia which is just one rail stop away. Winter temperatures were excellent for walking around the resort and visiting adjacent towns by rail.
Although winter, the resort still has the main facilities available.

The hosts were wonderful.
The hosts were wonderful. The room was great for a night or two. Located close to beach. The small fridge was appreciated. The pool was refreshing after a long day on the road... more of a large soaking pool with attached jet tub. Lots of outdoor seating and lovely second floor terrace. The breakfast was exceptional.

Great location!! Only 7 minutes by foot to Santa Marinella Beach and 9 minutes to railway station, where you also can take a train to Santa Severa (bach with castle on it) only for 1€ and 40 minutes to Rome by train. Too many
restaurants close. We recommend Mare E Sole (acceptable prices and delicious food full of seafood).
The owner of the apartment is so friendly and helpful, always in contact. The apartment is so clean and comfortable. Definitely we will come back here. 😊
This is an excellent choice in an ideal location a bit off the beaten path of international tourism. Santa Marinella itself is a lot more authentic than posher locations like Fregene, and offers a convenient 30 minute train into the heart of Rome - so it’s also a great alternative for a stay in Rome if one wants a some quiet at the end of the day. Most importantly, the property shows the personal care of a passionate owner/ host who lives on site.
Baia di Luna exceeded our expectations and our only regret was that we did not stay more.
We found the apartment to be spacious and having everything we needed. Everything was clean and the bed and sofa were really comfortable.
It was an amazing experience and we would definitely like to return.
One major plus is that the beach is right across the street, a beach with clean sand and water.
The hotel staff was extremely accommodating, friendly, and genuine.
No pretense here. The location was perfect to explore this beautiful seaside town. Rooms were spotless. The bed was very comfortable. We loved the bar to grab snacks, lunch, and caffe. The beach and water were beautiful. Very smooth rocky beach. Complimentary lounge chairs, umbrellas, and towels.
My wife, son and I stayed in this hotel yesterday. We needed a place to stay for one night between Rome and Tuscany. It’s a charming place in a small town with views of the ocean. They lady who runs it made us feel very welcome, and the restaurant next to the hotel (Aquamarine) served an amazing dinner of the freshest seafood. Highly recommend!
Large and spacious.
A ll on ground floor.
Private entrance.
Well equipped kitchen
Private sunny terrace.
Very close to beach. (Just to be aware, unless you go to small, rocky "free" beaches you pay E40 - 50 for 2 beds + 1 sunshade. The white ones are very comfortable and you get towels)
Absolutely amazing property. So spacious, beautiful view of the beach. Only 1 minute walk to the water. Host was amazing and also very kind to us. Would recommend to everyone. Photos don’t do it justice the property is amazing. Our favourite place we stayed in Italy.
Very nice & comfy hotel in a good location in Saint Marinella. Literally next door to several restaurants and cafes. The staff was very accommodating. We ate breakfast on the patio overlooking the sea. We recommend this Hotel.
Very nice appartment. Huge terrace . 10 min walk to supermarket. 5 min to pebbled beach. 25 min to sandy beach.
There is everything you need in the appartment for a comfortable stay.
We enjoyed our stay very much
Across street from beach. A true beachfront. Chantel was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. Very close to train station. Great place to relax before going to Rome.
Perfect position, very helpful staff that gave us all the direction to go to Rome. Only 45 minutes from Rome San Pietro in Rome. With private beach. Fantastic.
