We thoroughly enjoyed the continental breakfast and coffee service. Breakfast is served in a quaint sunny room overlooking the courtyard with options to eat outside.

Santa Marinella is a very quiet town, with very few food options at the time I visited, second week of April. I feel that the beach and bay area could be renovated to be more welcoming. The best restaurant to eat was Punicum, their food was 10/10. It wasn't well advertised, I stumbled upon it whilst out walking one day.

The ocean is steps away. We were there off season so many things were closed. Come a little later in April.
Restaurants around our BB opened after 7 , se we ventured a little further and found options open prior to 7.

This was a pleasant place to spend a few days before taking a cruise from Civitiveccia which is just one rail stop away. Winter temperatures were excellent for walking around the resort and visiting adjacent towns by rail.
Although winter, the resort still has the main facilities available.

Fantastic place and people!
Fantastic place and people! Lovely terrace overlooking the beach , very good breakfast and wonderful hosts . Lots of restaurants and bars nearby and shops easy walking distance . They even brought us to the airport at the end of our stay at a very reasonable price, stay here if you can and get the terrace room for a fantastic holiday !

Nice place for a holiday, accesible from Rome easily on train. Few beaches, free, as well as with a fee, lovely reastaurants and bars. If you want to enjoy the spirit of Italian seeside, you have to come here!

The hosts were wonderful.
The hosts were wonderful. The room was great for a night or two. Located close to beach. The small fridge was appreciated. The pool was refreshing after a long day on the road... more of a large soaking pool with attached jet tub. Lots of outdoor seating and lovely second floor terrace. The breakfast was exceptional.

The view from our room was amazing, we booked the Junior suite with seaside view. It was a beautiful and bright room with plenty of space, large bathroom, had a safe and the air conditioning worked perfectly well. Our beds were comfy, they cleaned the room daily, fresh bedsheets and towels at all times.
The hotel has plenty of restaurants in its proximity (walking distance), supermarkets and it is close to the centre.
Staff at the reception were helpful, the cleaning ladies were very friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast.
Great location - close to train station, close to Rome, next to the beach. Supermarkets, pizzerias, restaurants - all within walking distance.
Very clean, comfortable and modern room. Bed was really nice. There was a fridge in the room although very small. Bathroom spacious, provided cosmetics, towels, etc. Nice common area outside to relax, shower to wash off sand from the beach. Owner was really nice, gave us tips where to eat, find supermarket, etc.

The place it’s totally amazing. The view it’s a dream, you can have a calm and relaxing days here. The rooms are huge, and with a lot of light. The furniture wow, the facilities are perfect. The internet works prefect. The beach are just in front, so you literally can go there in 3 minutes. Alessandro it’s very kind, attentive and the communication it’s great.
The staff was super helpful and welcoming at all times, I've rarely experienced such level of friendliness and service at any other hotel stays. I would definitely recommend the hotel just on the basis of the nice staff. In addition it was neat and clean, and I loved having breakfast overlooking the beach and the sea. Loved the breakfast buffet as well.
Everything was amazing. Breakfast was on such a cute terrace that over looked the sea. Having a private beach with umbrellas and tanning beds included was so convenient and such a plus. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Close to the main street and beach. Beach chairs and towels included. Washing machine worked well. Well equipped kitchen. Was able to park onsite, not sure if this is always available.
