There was a leak in the toilet, it kept running all night and it kept me up. When I brought this to the hotel staff's attention, they immediately came to my room to address the issue. They kindly and promptly accommodated me. They moved me to a more comfortable room right away. They even gave me a gift at check out. Everybody is very friendly and sweet. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of options. The proximity to the train station is an absolute plus. I had a wonderful stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back to this hotel again.

Greeted by Rafaele in the evening. Very kind and helpful. He even offered to upgrade us to a slightly larger room as it was available that night. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant which was reasonably priced and good. The property is very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. If you have a car and prefer staying out of the city center this is ideal.

The house is a lovely rustic Italian farmhouse.
The house is a lovely rustic Italian farmhouse. Paulo and Caterina are wonderful hosts and nothing was too much trouble. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the breakfasts are legendary! Our second visit and we will return.
