Our stay was honestly perfection! We loved our room with a sauna and hot tub, the food was inventive and delicious, the pools were amazing and the staff was exceptional. We especially appreciated how thoughtfully kids were easily incorporated with a separate kids menu, kids robes, and kids pool/splash pad. The true star of this hotel though is the amazing staff. It was hospitality at its finest and they delivered a luxury experience without being stuffy and their interactions with my five year old made the entire experience that much better. We’ve stayed at a lot of amazing places but this one tops the list and we look forward to coming back!

The hotel was 10 minutes walk from the slope. The half board included a spectacular 5 course meal delivered by an amazingly kind and courteous staff. Even after I was injured on the slope (I lost my front teeth), the staff offered to bring soft food to my room! The room had a balcony with a great view, and plenty of room for my yoga practice. Everything was clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced!

Excellent selections at bfast both hot and cold. Had the tasting menu dinner at the newly opened Michelin apostlestabln restaurant. The FOOD!!! fabulous and so creative, the service an equal to the great food, the wine pairings were perfect as well. And the bartender was a huge delight!!! Shout out, big thumbs up to everyone who crafted an absolutely delightful dining experience set in this historic hotel.

The hotel and a whole experience of staying there was exceptional - couldn't recommend it more! Staff is very welcoming, helpful, friendly. Room extremely spacious and very clean, well equipped. They serve the best breakfast you can imagine so don't miss on that! Restaurant is amazing also. They provide very good e-bikes for each room and their spa is more than enough to unwind at the end of the day. Hope to come back again!

Although the location is remote, it could be accessed by public transportation. It's literally at the end of the road, a 30+ minute car/bus ride. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. I wrote several emails beforehand asking specific questions and Jan always replied quickly.
The hotel is located high in the Alps and has incredible panoramic mountain views. We visited the hotel for 3 nights only, better to plan for 5 at least. Plenty of routes for hiking with amazing landscape and nature.Everything was very nice. Room is clean with fully equipped kitchen. Very good and helpful hotel staff. We loved everything about this hotel. We got one of the studios on the third floor and the view was breathtaking! Rooms are spacious, well equipped with all the facilities and most importantly super clean. We did not have breakfast at the hotel but you can ask for it, you can also order bread or croissants which are provided in the mornings if you do not wish to have breakfast. We had pizza in the restaurant and it was also very nice.
