I have to be fair to Matino.
I have to be fair to Matino. I drove through it, around it, from one side to another but I'm not really sure I caught the centre of the place, Perhaps there isn't one. Matino exists between one place and another which are more attractive, so perfect for getting everywhere
We had an amazing stay at Sosta Levante! The hosts were incredible friendly!
We booked the junior suite and therefore had a whole apartment just for ourselves. The view from the living room and terrace is breathtaking!
You should go there by car to explore Salento and all the beautiful places around Matino. After a day on tour (mostly at the beach) we loved coming home to have a perfect sunset view!

Large and comfortable house Completely renovated. Very well located, with the best view of the bay of Gallipoli. The host was very attentive and always present, even from a distance. Checkin and checkout very easy. The city of Matino is an additional surprise, close to everything and with an excellent infrastructure of restaurants.
The place is amazing. It was just renewed. So, everything is new.

It was pretty easy to park the car close to the apartment.
The owner was also quite nice! Always available for helping with information and tips.
The host (Elisabeth) was great. Gave us a lot of valuable tips for getting around… beaches, restaurants, places to see, etc.
Matino is a beautiful town and the location (if one wants to go around Puglia) is great.
The accommodation is a part of a very old building. Beautiful and authentic with a great balcony.
Amazing Breakfast! Small room but it's perfect for a couple trip. Excellent location! In the middle of historic center of Matino. The staff (Giulia and Fabiano) are super kind and generous! One of the best B & B that I stayed.
Highly recommended if you want a quiet environment just a few km of the beach.
The location was perfect for us, a good distance to & from Matino (about 5 minute drive). The pool & garden were amazing, the house was spotless, the hosts were amazing and very accommodating even with a last minute request. With the views & palm trees you feel like you’re in paradise.
The place is very comfortable located. Outside center of Matino, big area with forest, makes the place silent and cozy. To the nearest beautiful beach is 30 min drive by car. Alessandra is very nice person. She helped us with everything.
