The reception personnel was very nice and polite, we received a great recommendation that wasn't in our schedule to visit Montemerano. We stayed for one night. The weather was bad, so we didn't use the pool. The owners are nice. They don't speak English, and we don't speak Italian, but we were able to communicate. The apartment is spacious with a big bathroom. The furniture is made from real wood, which creates a special atmosphere. The location is good, a few minutes' drive to Saturnius natural springs.

We really like the stone wall construction and the apartment is big with two toilets. Location is good, walking distance to bus stop and supermarket.
Photos are exactly what you get. Nice little house is rural settings, 4 minutes drive from Manciano, and 20 minutes from Saturnia Thermals. Very nice and accommodating host. The house is near the host's house, and the host was always available, while allowed for total privacy. Manciano is a great little town with many cafe's and restaurants, as well as a supermarket and many shops. Lovely base to explore the area and enjoy the hot springs.
Extremely friendly host. Greeted us with a smile and was very accommodating for everything we needed. The pool was nice and very clean thanks to a cute robot. The area is gorgeous and the restaurant recommended by the host was exceptional. Our room was huge, with everything we needed. This was the best location we stayed at on our trip and in retrospect, we regretted not booking a longer stay. We will definitely be back in the future.
I loved everything about this place. Adriano was an exceptional host, one of those you don't see often in the big cities. He took very good care that I didn't miss anything in my bicycle trip. Even drove me to the restaurant when my legs said no more. The place is beautiful and great for disconnecting from the world. I would warmly recommend it to those that wasn't to have a real Tuscany experience

the Fattoria has a beautiful Tuscany construction and the rooms where very comfortable and made you feel at home. Food at the Fattoria was fantastic and the Staff was very friendly and always willing to help and suggest things to do/to see. We had a fantastic time. The Florentine Steak we had there was out of this world!
The place is as described. A self-contented studio with a fully equipped kitchen. It's located in the very small town of Manciano and the closest shop is about a 12-minute walk away. A 40-min bus ride or perhaps a 30-min drive to the Saturnia Hot Springs. Wouldn't recommend it if you don't have a rental car.
Friendly people and a beautiful property. Fresh fruits and herbs growing in the garden. Perfect place to sunbathe while reading outside in the afternoon. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding. This was a perfect location to relax. Close drive to the Saturnia Natural Hot Springs
The host waited for us at a parking lot and drove together with us to the apartment. He was very kind and gave us a lot of tips about the town and about our trip to Saturnia. We were also allowed to check out later than planned, which was nice as well.

The property is absolutely stunning, surrounded by wineries with a stunning view of Manciano on top of the hill. Such a romantic setting for a couples trip! It was just perfect for us.
