The property is stunning, exactly what I imagined Tuscany to be. The pool area is lovely with a beautiful garden and lots of chairs. There are many tables/chairs throughout the property to enjoy. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment and it was spacious, very comfortable beds, lovely linens and beautiful decor. Being in the small town of Ciciano was great, we were able to walk to the playground with our 7 year old daughter and there is one store/cafe in town where we got gelato, drinks etc. The next town over Chiusdino has a small grocery store and a couple of restaurants. There is also the option of having dinner at the hotel restaurant nightly, menu is shared in the morning. The staff were wonderful, Gabriel helped organize a photographer before we arrived so we were able to have lovely family photos as a memory and Lucia at the hotel is amazing, the sweetest lady who is so helpful with anything you might need.

I loved it!!! What a beautiful place in the most gorgeous countryside. I messed up a bit notifying the owner properly of my arrival time and she was so kind and patient. Highly recommend this gem of a place !

My husband Tony and I were at first surprised that this ''agriturismo" was actually in a town, especially a small hill town as Ciciano turned out to be. But we could not have been happier for having chosen to stay here. The view out across the lush, green hills of southern Tuscany was lovely. The grounds in a small, very old olive grove with its pleasant outdoor eating area decorated with various implements from its early days as a mill and an olive press, only added to the ambiance. Eva, the owner, and Gabriel and all the staff were so friendly and helpful to us. The restaurant of locally sourced meat and produce, and dishes made from a number of Eva and her family's recipes, were always something to look forward to, both in the morning and especially in the evening when the menu changed every day. Our appealingly decorated modern room and bath were also surprises, because the outside of the cluster of old buildings still retains their original appearances.
Parking, however, is on the street and there are steps to climb to reach the office area and at least some of the rooms. But it was a wonderful location with easy road access to virtually all the major hill towns in Tuscany.
