Location, apartment is completely new in a fully refurbished old building brought to new life. Exceptional architecture. Very nice and helpful host. We loved that place and will definitely come back as soon as we are in this region. Parking was also very nice, even our bus with 2.2m height fitted through the gate what is really not often the case in Italy. Apartment was also very clean!!

Nadia has been a great host since the moment of our booking, accomodating our early arrival and being very helpful during our stay. The property and the room were gorgeous, beautifully decorated and confortable; coffee, tea, water, breakfast all offered. Chiari is a very cute town with a vast choice of bars and restaurants, well connected to Brescia. Thanks Nadia!
Giusi is a delightful host and made us feel very welcome. The refrigerator is well stocked with an assortment of foods for breakfast, and the coffee maker was easy to use and made great espresso. The bedroom was well furnished, and very comfortable. We stayed here while visiting my daughter, and next time I am in Chiari I will definitely stay here again.
