It was a quiet location about a 10 minute walk to the metro station Piramide. The room was lovely, a nice buffet breakfast was included and the staff was very helpful. As we were trudging up the hill with our luggage a gentleman from the hotel came down to meet us to carry our bags and then when we arrived at reception he came out and offered us two cold drinks on a tray. That made it extra special. There were also outdoor areas to sit.
Surrounded traditional trattorias and wine bars, the luxurious Capo D’Africa is just a 5-minute walk from the Colosseum. Breakfast, drinks and snacks are served on its rooftop terrace.

Nice and quite area for a hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was always helpful and attentive. Many places to eat in easy walking distance. Close to many of the major sites. Thankful we were able to get a room at the last minute when Booking.com cancelled the one we had planned for months due to poor communication with us.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff members were shockingly rude and displayed unacceptable racist behavior. Despite their promises, they failed to provide an invoice for my stay, leaving me frustrated after multiple attempts to follow up via emails and phone calls. It's clear that customer care is not a priority for them. Even the breakfast staff exhibited the same level of arrogance and disrespect. I've taken the necessary steps to file a complaint with consumer service in Italy. Overall, I would strongly advise against staying at this establishment due to its unprofessional and disrespectful treatment of guests.
