We arrived late, from the north, Daniela gave great advice and research all the time to help lower our stress that day. Every effort to make our stay enjoyable was made. Breakfast was great, room was great, beach straight across the road - although we stayed at Arenella Beach Rooms, not Samoa Beach.

A nice beach resort, if you want to spend cosy holidays...
A nice beach resort, if you want to spend cosy holidays mostly on the beach, suitable for couples and families. There are however no stores or supermarkets in a walking distance, and there's only one pizzeria/fast food. If you have to go for grocery shopping or you want to go out for dunner, you need a car. However, if you rent a car, it's worth it, since there are some picturesque towns less than an hour driving from Arenella.
Our friendly host Elio met us to make sure everything was in order. The house suited our little group (two couples) very well for a short stay. The kitchen was good and well equipped, we enjoyed cooking some of our meals there. The location was great for our visits to nearby Syracuse, and we also enjoyed driving to other wonderful towns like Noto, Scicli and Ragusa. Our host could not have done more for us - including provision of a supply of homegrown veg and delicious passata which we used for cooking.

The grounds with its perfectly manicured gardens two swimming pools make for a perfect day for those who choose stay in and make the most of the surroundings. Lucia and her team are the epitome with 5 star hospitability.
S-ra Maria, was very welcoming and helpful with directions to the town, places to visit and eat. She is the reason we love to stay at small B&B like La Via del Mar, and not at the big box hotel chains. The house is lovely, breakfast was excellent, short walk to the beach. Just perfect.
This is a lovely agriturismo in a great location not only 15 mins from Siracusa. We chose it to get away from the city for a few days and we got a peaceful, beautiful spot in the country. Christina, the host, is very helpful and friendly and a great person to chat to - thank you.
The staff were very helpful - we made a last minute booking because we had to do a late cancellation at an Airbnb. We stayed in the annex to the Samoa Beach at Arenella Rooms hotel - which was very comfortable.
Quiet, silent area, close to an amazing sandy beach furnished with a big comfprtable bed and also a coffee machine for your first move in the morning.

The best breskfast we had In Sicily. We were there In low season and the beach was beautiful without to many people just one Minutte walk from the house.
