I was on work so the hotel was perfect - close enough to my various work spots. Clean neat and tastefully decorated room, clean and neat bathroom, tastefully done restaurant upstairs, good food, situated opposite a park, all in all a very good stay. Plan to use the same hotel the next time

Staff is very friendly, from the valet outside to the front reception, the cleaners and the restaurant staff which serves food 24 hours a day.

A commercial city with not many tourist places to explore. The majority of renowned brands of hotels are present in the city. The city has many shopping malls to shop from. Avoid eating at much-hyped street food outlets as the cleanliness is a serious concern and also the taste. We traveled in the personal car so getting around was easier.

Jalandhar is more of a business city, but if you need to...
Jalandhar is more of a business city, but if you need to travel through, it's worth staying a day or two. Check out the Haveli--the authentic Punjabi restaurant and cultural museum-- and the shopping centers. There's Model Town as well as a huge mall complex with great movie theaters.

Hotel receptionist is cooperative person.they also have a restaurant and they provide in time and tasty food . First thing I notice is that our first room a.c. is not good bt I was said this problem to staff and receptionist and they provide us second room that room is pretty good and comfortable as compared to first one.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Washrooms were spacious, neat & clean. Rooms were having almirah so we didn't face any issue in keeping our used clothes. Best part is they have a parking lot dedicated to their customers. I have stayed in many hotels in Jalandhar but this one was exceptionally good when it comes to service and budget.
Hotel is located near Bus Stand. So location is very good. Reception staff are simply brilliant. Everyone, including the Bar and Restaurant staff, are extremely welcoming. Hotel is exceptionally clean. Rooms are spotless. Food is also very good. Breakfast was very enjoyable. Porters could not do more you. I intend to go back in November
I mentioned time 11 pm...but there is locked...no one is there to open lock....i must find another place to stay...can u imagine you are at gate of hotel and need to shout for half an hour...and no one is there to.open it...
