Room was clean but geezer hot water facility was not available..it had a timing morning 9 to 11 which was surprising in a cold place like this hot water should be available all time. If kettle was provided would have been more confartable.

Good food, some awesome locations like Mindrolling Monastery and Robber's Cave. A nice market named Paltan Bazaar. Singh Soup for best momo and soup. Tapkeshwar Mandir for Lord Shiva's ancient temple. Rajpur Road hotels are best to stay for cold weather and evening walks.

Housekeeping/ Room services need improvement. But staff was very helpful and made up for these minor issues.Food variety very limited and not much to choose from for 4 days stay. Breakfast buffet can be improved upon. My daughters birthday was made special by the hotel team. Best part was pet friendly property. Pet accessories were provided. Overall an enjoyable experience. Thanks to all staff🙏🏻

3. Too much traffic and congestion in the central part of the city. So not easy to get around within the city. A large number of students drive two-wheelers recklessly without any regard for traffic Rules.
4. The cleanliness of the city has improved a lot. Be patient and explore the city. There is no need to avoid anything. Have a nice time.
room was not having good tv system,the set top box was not working, water in the shower was not coming properly, wash basin had cracks, buffet was pathetic with no good service and no one listens to your needs during buffet.
A mail was sent to the owners of the hotel after getting the mail ids from the reception staff and the owners are also not willing to listen or refund the amount even after complaining through mails to them.

Away from the hustle bustle of the city, located on a beautiful mountain top, it gives beautiful panoramic views of Dehradun and the peace and quiet is lovely!
The house itself is beautiful and very well furnished.
