The family who own and manage the hotel are fabulous. Nancy speaks excellent English and responds immediately to questions and requests. Her father is especially helpful, even helping me to repair a flat tire on my bike. They also allowed us to store our bikes and bags while did the overnight hike to Musoorrie and back. All the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. They are the very best of India. Highly recommend.

From cold water on arrival to negotiating with auto-rickshaws to providing us with cellophane tape - Sunil took care of every minor detail. Always polite - always courteous - a thorough gentleman.
