Housekeeping/ Room services need improvement. But staff was very helpful and made up for these minor issues.Food variety very limited and not much to choose from for 4 days stay. Breakfast buffet can be improved upon. My daughters birthday was made special by the hotel team. Best part was pet friendly property. Pet accessories were provided. Overall an enjoyable experience. Thanks to all staff🙏🏻

3. Too much traffic and congestion in the central part of the city. So not easy to get around within the city. A large number of students drive two-wheelers recklessly without any regard for traffic Rules.
4. The cleanliness of the city has improved a lot. Be patient and explore the city. There is no need to avoid anything. Have a nice time.

Service from staff was five star, food was incredible, great pool area and the tvs even had Netflix! I could not fault this hotel. It is also directly across the road from Dehradun, the water palace. There were markets each night to see but it was purely for looking. I wouldn’t be buying the street food there it was very unclean.
Everything was just perfect. This was my best stay ever... actually better than 4 or 5 star hotel. I stayed with my family for 2 days there and the owners made every effort to make us comfortable. They are very warm and friendly and sweet. Lots of love and respect to uncle and Aunty. Highly recommended this place.
It was Amazing to Stay in this Villa, Aunty was courteous and her son was Truly Helpful and made excellent arrangements. Everything was there intact which made our stay a Memorable ever. There are so many things to mention. However i would like to highlight the staffing and the cleanliness. The hotel is located in the centre of the city and the connectivity is just comfortable.
I like the veg food of the property at 4th floor aura restaurant. Also the southindian food at ground floor was quick and met my taste buds. The location is best of this newly opened property.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to main city. We would definitely stay there again.
