The property is ok but the staff those working with the property they don’t know how to behave the guest mainly they don’t know how to respect women. We are 3 girls while we sleep at over night likely 12:30 the staff they knows we are alone every 5 minutes they knock the door many times and we called to the reception an there answer sorry mistakenly it’s happened mistake will happened every 5 minutes. We are highly recommend this property not safe for to staying as women.

Even though the outside temperature was hot and humid...
Even though the outside temperature was hot and humid Kozhikode is always recommended to be a place for a memorable visit. It’s a best place for foodies and the local people are very courteous and helpful, especially the auto & taxi drivers. The hotel we stayed, the Raviz, was also an excellent choice with its vast amenities, restaurants and courteous & supportive staff.

A splendid city with great people and good food. Paragon restaurant is a must try and worth the half hour wait for a table. Good and clean beach. Hats off to all auto rickshaw drivers no cheating, no bullying always took the metered fare and were very friendly and helpful.

It was too hot out side.
It was too hot out side. We just went out of the room for walking. I got a call from my home to send some documents which I kept in a bag inside the room. It was urgent but we could not open the door. There was some technical issues. We informed the staff but they could not maintain it. Later we waited outside in that hot atmosphere around 45 minutes. Technical team tried but they couldn't open it. We requested for the master key but it took 10 more minutes. Lastly they shifted our room which had a false smell.
We expected more from the management. Even we requested for a mobile charger, they could not provide it. If the staffs are irresponsible, the name of this hotel will be spoiled within few months.
It is not a complaint. But it was really disappointed.

Specially the owner of this hotel is a great personality who does the Traditional Dhow manufacturing in Calicut. He went an extra mile to and took us where this Dhows are made and explained to us on the heritage he keeps, which is mind blowing. Moreover he has a museum where the heritage details are preserved for the new generation to understand more about Dhow.
Everything from check in to check out was handled professionally..The room was huge...The lightings,air conditioning were just great.The amenities provided were top notch...The bed was fit for a king ,very comfortable ...extra pillows provided as per my request.Room service was prompt even at 3am in the morning.Housekeeping did an awesome job in cleaning up.Its like an old world charm in Calicut.The lawns were well done up

Booked this hotel for a work travel based on ratings & reviews. But the stay was not at all great and it's absolutely not worth the money which they charge which is close to 3.2 k per night. House keeping & restaurant staff was still better but the rooms were not at all like how they portrayed in the pictures .Totally disappointed with the space and facilities in the room.
The hotel is located at a great spot that makes it easy to get to all places. The facilities in the room, parking for guests and breakfast was absolutely worth the money. A special shoutout to the staff who provided exceptionally great sevice and were both professional and friendly. I look forward to staying at Tripenta the next time I'm in Calicut.

When I reached there with family of three there was no property in that name. When I called up your customer care that fool asks me to go to Hyderabad to sleep 😡😡😃
