The property is ok but the staff those working with the property they don’t know how to behave the guest mainly they don’t know how to respect women. We are 3 girls while we sleep at over night likely 12:30 the staff they knows we are alone every 5 minutes they knock the door many times and we called to the reception an there answer sorry mistakenly it’s happened mistake will happened every 5 minutes. Even though the outside temperature was hot and humid...
Even though the outside temperature was hot and humid Kozhikode is always recommended to be a place for a memorable visit. It’s a best place for foodies and the local people are very courteous and helpful, especially the auto & taxi drivers. The hotel we stayed, the Raviz, was also an excellent choice with its vast amenities, restaurants and courteous & supportive staff.

A splendid city with great people and good food. Paragon restaurant is a must try and worth the half hour wait for a table. Good and clean beach. Hats off to all auto rickshaw drivers no cheating, no bullying always took the metered fare and were very friendly and helpful.

It was too hot out side.
It was too hot out side. We just went out of the room for walking. I got a call from my home to send some documents which I kept in a bag inside the room. It was urgent but we could not open the door. There was some technical issues. We informed the staff but they could not maintain it. Later we waited outside in that hot atmosphere around 45 minutes. Technical team tried but they couldn't open it. We requested for the master key but it took 10 more minutes. Lastly they shifted our room which had a false smell.
We expected more from the management. Even we requested for a mobile charger, they could not provide it. If the staffs are irresponsible, the name of this hotel will be spoiled within few months.
It is not a complaint. But it was really disappointed.
Lamer inn is the best budget hotel I have ever stayed in calicut.
When it comes to amenities it has all the basic amenities like Bath towel,Body wash, intercom, TV, cupboard, hangers, dust bin etc.
Notable is the quality of the bed,bedsheets and pillow.
I came to stay for a day and was prolonged by the behavior of the receptionist Prasoon here. Prasoon was able to give me the best company as a solo traveler.

This hotel has spacious and well-kept rooms to offer. The bathroom impresses with its elegant natural stones and new fittings. Everything is clean and nice. We had a room on the 9th floor with twin beds and slept very well. We were also satisfied with the restaurant where also alcoholic beverages are available. The selection of beer, however, was limited to just one type of beer, namely Kingfisher Storm. Being a guest of the Hotel we got a remarkable discount of 20% on it.
Praveen and his wonderful wife are the most friendly and caring hosts we met. They truly cared about us by halping arranging outings, preparing trips and above all, by their wonderful cuisine - the food was heavenly delicious. Malayem features a wonderful garden at the river with a nice deck to sit at. Both rooms are equipped with AC, which comes in very handy given the humid climate. Close to the hotel is a bridge where you can watch beautiful sunsets!

There was a overall bad smell around the hotel even lobby smells bad. The breakfast were not good. Night they have water was not available. Room were okay. Staff were good. And they charge 2800+ for a average room. But location were good as it is near Busstand
