It was busier and bigger than I expected but offered all needed. The Swords Express Bus service works really well. You need exact coins as no change nor card facilities are offered on the bus. Swords is the perfect destination for exploring the area; being close to the airport and for frequent trips into Dublin. It also gives easy access to the Motorway if you wish to explore a further afield.

We chose the Old Borough Hotel because it was easy distance to the airport. We have been to Wetherspoons on many occasions so know what to expect meals/drinks wise etc. Was super impressed with the hotel accommodation.

if like me you need this for a layover at Dublin Airport, don't choose this one. It's not on a bus route or walkable so you have to take a cab, which added $20 to my stay. The curtains didn't close all the way and I happened to be on the first floor looking directly at peoples cars. One of only two USB ports didn't work but thankfully one did so I could set an alarm and make it to the airport on time.

I was extremely excited to go to this hotel from the pictures that I viewed and was deeply disappointed when we arrived. Our room looked nothing like any of the photographs. I would never have stayed there if I saw the quality of the room. I will not be back.

Mary and Jimmy’s beautiful property was perfect for our stop in Dublin to watch the 6 nations international between Ireland v Wales. Superb family room, beautiful breakfast and the best hospitality from the owners. They couldn’t do enough for us. We have a 17 year old son with disability and Mary dropped us to either bus or train station every morning to book our daily travels and showed us around Swords and Malahide. Wonderful couple provided 1st class hospitality.

This is essentially a pub, in the middle of town, but it is surprisingly quiet. The staff were very helpful, once I found the check-in at the bar! We had a lovely room with air conditioning - most welcome as it was a hot spell in Ireland. Ate downstairs a couple of times, but there is easy access to cafes and restaurants in the Main Street. Most important, ease of access to Dublin airport. We enjoyed Malahide Castle, nearby.

First of all, the hotel is perfect, very clean and very well maintained. Everything is perfectly indicated for key collection and room entry. The person in charge of the hotel is very kind and professional. It's a 10/10 all is perfect, I recommend you to go there. What's more, the center of Dublin is about 20 minutes away by cab. Thank you very much!

The Rose Cottage was cozy and quiet. It was the perfect spot for the last night of a three week sojourn around Scotland and Ireland and provided easy access to the airport. Dominika was a gracious and friendly host and helped us book a taxi to the airport for the following morning. The Rose Cottage was the best B&B we stayed at in Ireland.

Convenient to Airport and there was a nice pool. Breakfast was fairly typical - a good Irish breakfast. The staff were all helpful and very nice. If you had time for a round of golf, it would be a great place to stay. Since we arrived late and had to leave by checkout to catch a flight, I probably would pick another hotel next time.

The owner was very helpful and friendly. We could walk to the bus stop and travel all over this part of Ireland, switching to trains when needed. It was in a rural setting but easy to get to Swords by bus. The breakfast was great and the decor was beautiful.

Close to airport, walking distance to downtown swords, some things were older and very cute, but still very clean and comfortable. Mostly quiet hotel. Front desk was always helpful. Swords is cute with its own castle and downtown.
