I thought I had asked for 2 single beds but I didn't, so when I asked if we could have them, the staff were so obliging and we got a spacious and fabulous room with 2 huge beds for me and my son. I loved the chocolates and the personal touch. Fabulous hotel and delicious breakfast.

Location is no ! The reception sitting area is good with place enough for a group to sit down while a tourguide organizes with rooms and keys. The breakfast room was big and well designed (but the variaty of food was not good)! The beds were good. Really appreciated extra pillows. TV was good. Coffee/tea facilitis were ok (space was cramped). The bar in evening was very good and cozy, the small cafe corner in reception is a big plus - but should be open much longer and could have a little more fantacy in what to offer.....
Blooms Hotel is located in Dublin’s Temple Bar district, 150 metres from Trinity College and Dublin Castle. It has a traditional Irish pub, a nightclub and rooms with flat-screen TVs.

Stillorgan is predominantly a suburban, residential area so not really for tourists. However it is easily accessible to the city center by bus and also you can take a 15 minute or so walk to the Luas (light rail system) which also brings you to the city center or even Dundrum shopping center which has cinemas, restaurants and mini golf for those rainy days with the kids.

Fabulous old hotel with lots of well preserved history.
Fabulous old hotel with lots of well preserved history. Easy to reach from the N11 coming from the Motorway. Area is lovely and peaceful, had to stay there because of the nearby Embassy which is reachable by walking.

The room was very run down and very old fashioned.
The room was very run down and very old fashioned. Dont know how it has a 5 star rating. I've stayed in 4 star nicer and more modern than it. The noise level was crazy. People from a wedding going in and out if eachothers rooms through the night. We reported it by phone to the duty manager. He offered us a different room but that long into the night we just didn't want too. He also said there was no noise so it was like he was saying we were lying. Put at a drafty terrible table for dinner. Asked to be moved.told no and then witnessed other residents being moved when they asked could they. Will not return.

your hotel was hopeless no heating,no soap liquid or other, ridiculous position of Tea coffee machine and kettle, Italian restaurant only. Had to walik through a kids play area with suitcases to get to elevator. No stopping at front of hotel so long walk with luggage. Breakfast area all chopped up with pillars not enough seats.

I booked the Stillorgan hotel as it was close to our daughter who rents near by and she was able to pick us up and we all travelled together to the musical Grease in Bord Gáis, most enjoyable. Then we all met again for breakfast in the hotel the next morning. So a most enjoyable and convenient time was enjoyed by all.
I visited this hotel with my daughter and her two friends last year and they couldn’t wait to return. St Helens is a”little oasis of calm” but still close to Dublin city. The grounds are fabulous and a fantastic setting for both breakfast and dinner. This was my fourth stay in the last 18 months and we have thoroughly enjoyed each stay. We were granted a room upgrade with lovely views of the garden. Breakfast was very good and breakfast staff extremely helpful and friendly. Beds were very comfy. We will return again
I've stayed in this hotel during the conference held on the UCD campus. The hotel provides service that could be expected from the 4* facility. It is a decent place with a reasonably good relationship between price and quality. In the vicinity of the hotel, there are stops for bus No 700 traveling from the airport. It is quite convenient and basically using the taxi to get to the hotel is not needed thanks to this option. The bathroom is spacious, with many places to locate your own things.
We stayed Christmas week and it was just beautiful. Huge Christmas trees in the lobby and bar, lots of pretty decorations, open fire, a very Christmassy experience...if only it had snowed!! The bedrooms were spacious and the bed was so comfortable. A great hotel close to buses into town. The staff were friendly and helpful. The gardens are picturesque. Breakfast was excellent and the 'garden room' was lovely to dine in.
We had a lovely breakfast on the terrace, overlooking the wonderful gardens.
And a big thank you to Cire who went out of his way to make our stay so memorable. We found all the staff to be very professional and welcoming. Our best experience in a hotel in Ireland.
The whole experience was fantastic! I will stay there again! The rooms were spotless, freshly decorated and the breakfast was one of the best that we had on our grand tour of Ireland! Free parking outside the door made it extra luxurious!!!
I was working close by at UCD so this hotel was ideally placed to walk to / from campus.
The grounds are beautiful and the hotel has a lovely feel.
Staff were very pleasant and friendly throughout the property.
Good location with easy access into Dublin city centre.
Nice rooms with AC which was a bonus due to the heatwave at the time.
Breakfast staff were excellent was breakfast was superb,
We were dropping our daughter at UCD so easy access using the bus. Also easy walk to stillorgan village for shopping and dinner. Also the restaurant was very good with vegan options.
A bit old but still high-quality and classy hotel offering a good value for your stay. Breakfast was unbelievable. Also not to miss, an evening in the orangerie bar; it was charming.
Beautiful hotel with wonderful food and friendly efficient staff. Comfortable clean spacious bedroom.
Thoroughly enjoyed good food in the bar and also in the Italian restaurant.
Great location, bus service across from the hotel into the city centre, staff were very friendly and a lovely fellow at reception when we checked in. Ample free car parking area.
This hotel is quite pleasant overall with nice rooms. The location is good and the staff is friendly. nice gym too - one of the better ones I’ve used in a hotel.
