We had our 40th anniversary, and the special requests that I asked for we're very good and delivered in a lovely friendly manner.
Also we booked a room with a view, we were over looking the sea and north beach which was beautiful

Glendalough is the perfect location.
The hotel is an absolute disaster. Our bedroom was clean, but that was all that was positive.
Carpets filthy, some paintwork freshened but structurally all was poor.
Housekeeping.....
Satchets of "German" coffee. 3 satchets milk.
Housekeeping arrived at 4pm in the afternoon.
One shower towel had a hole in it!
2 single quilts on a Superking bed. Bottom sheet was not a "fitted" sheet.
Insufficient hand soap in whb.
Disaster!
Lunch in the bar
Waiting staff were very pleasant but had no training.
Fishcake tasty but burnt on the outside and not heated in the middle.
