Spotless, location was beautiful, river running along side and pub over the road ! Owner was very helpful and very attentive. Would give it an 11 if I could.

The breakfast was great, so refreshing to get a cooked breakfast to order, not sitting under lights to keep hot like a deli. The girl serving was lovely, polite and not intrusive.

One of my favourite beach in all Ireland with Fermoyle Beach on the other side of the peninsula. Stupendous views.
I'd recommend booking dinner at Out of the Blue in Dingle. The best seafood restaurant in Ireland in my view. For kids there's a pet farm after ventry where you can feed sheep, lambs, goats, alpacas, horses, pigs.

Great location but the stay at the hotel or “inn” was poor.
Great location but the stay at the hotel or “inn” was poor. Waited an hour for food and left. Other people got served before us and then they admitted they hadn’t even placed our order. We went into Dingle for food then. Shower didn’t work. Nice breakfast tho

The staff was very kind and helpful.
Breakfast was delicious and served in the room in front of the sea. We watched the sunrise from our table... priceless !
The staff recommended us to dine at Sammy's, the restaurant on the beach next to the B&B and it was very good for a very reasonable price.
We wish we had stayed longer !

Foley's pub just up the road serving good food and drink with live traditional music on the night we were there.

The beach is very clean, so it could be a very long walk!

The beach is great for dog walking, swimming and if you’re lucky surfing. The beachside bar and dinner is great but not dog friendly. Folley’s about 2 minutes drive from the beach is a great wee pub which also does fabulous food.
We spend a cozy week at the cottage, which we used as our base for daily explorations around Kerry and Cork. The entire place fit our needs perfectly: simple, comfortable, practical furnishing, a big open kitchen space with everything we needed for frequent cooking and, the cherry on top, a stunning view that spanned from Macgillycuddy's Reeks, across Inch Beach and almost all the way to Dingle Bay. Paired with brilliant weather, the view made our day each and every morning :)
Amazing stay in a beautiful setting with dream like views of the ocean. The room and bathroom were immaculate, and the breakfast was sumptuous. Can't believe how affordable it was, and you can walk to the beach. Just a few eating options in the immediate area, but it's about a 30 minute drive to Dingle. Like that it's a family run business. Would definitely stay here again!!
Location, amazing! The staff was also phenomenal. They went above and beyond when we asked for information. We needed a bottle opener and they gave us theirs (we returned it). This B&B is comfortable, and I’d return if I could and stay longer at Inch Beach House.
Fabulous house in a beautiful location. Picture postcard views from the front windows, just sit back and soak up the every changing scenery, sea and mountain views. Short walk/drive to Inch beach and Foley's bar/restaurant. So much to see and do in the area.
The house is brand new. Our room was huge with a very comfortable king bed and luxurious bedding and the perfect view of Inch Beach. We stayed three nights and our room was straightened every day. Breakfast was delicious. Iris and Mamoud are great hosts.
Right above a pub with good food, local brew and only a 10 minutes walk to Inch Beach. The room was spotless and had a private bathroom with a decent shower. I didn't mind the road or the pub but in case you do, earplugs are available aplenty.
Excellent location, just 5 mins walk to beach and local pub. Fabulous house, fabulous views, had everything you needed, very clean and very nice host will definitely return and would highly recommend
The room was amazing, one of the best I've been in with an incredible view of the beach, the breakfast was delicious and the staff there were kind and polite. I loved every moment I was there.
Excellent welcome with stunning views of the Inch Beach. Rooms were clean and spotless and the sitting room was a great place to relax and watch the world go by. Breakfast was excellent.
This is such a beautiful place right on the Atlantic ocean the views are breathtaking.. everyone was so kind and friendly.. definately my favourite beach in Ireland well worth a visit!
Very spacious and well-equipped room with spectacular view of Dingle Bay. Good breakfast and very friendly and welcoming hosts. The beach is no more than a 10 minute walk away.
Nice room with en suite, clean and comfortable,, over the pub.
Fantastic food in the pub, very good value
Staff very friendly and helpful
Just across the road from the beach
Clean, family-run place a short drive but within walking distance of Inch Beach. We particularly enjoyed our conversations with the mother of the family over breakfast.
