The full Irish breakfast was excellent, and the dining room was very comfortable and well laid out.

The staff is so kind and helpfull with any question or issue, I thank Amy who allow me to use cable and adaptor for my cellphone two nights. Legend's bar has a wide variety of food options and delicious so you can eat there more than 1 time. Rooms are comfortable and hot water falls quickly. Normal and sparkling water is complimentary. Lots of facilities in the area such as a leisure centre and also a shopping centre with a late opening chemist. There are also a number of supermarkets and pubs / restaurants close by.
Lovely town that is close to a number of locations so ideal if you are planning to travel around the Mid West of Ireland or further afield. Good coach and bus links plus a train station too, so plenty of travel options, including being close to Knock Airport.

Room was lovely, v clean.
Room was lovely, v clean. However bar staff and waiting staff for breakfast were not mannerly and left you waiting for ages. Staff were rude. For breakfast they moved us from table even though there was no one at it and made a big deal out of it. They also did the same to an elderly couple after us and they had touched the cutlery and didn't sanitise the table or cutlery and another couple sat there then. Thought this was v unprofessional with covid 19. Kept moving people from tables, very unorganised and v slow considering it was very quiet there. Tables weren't cleaned in breakfast area and this was the same for bar. Only thing good about this hotel is the room, no people skills/customer service in breakfast room or bar area which is a shame.

The trip to Claremoris was very enjoyable as we went to Michael English weekend on the Friday night and Sathurday afternoon in the Mc William hotel. Great entermainent and met a lot of people. We had food in the hotel. Vey enjoyable trip.
Very disappointed that your sky wasn't working so missed the united match. Older woman in bar who os also waitress poured a guinness for my partner and pver filled it and handed it to him with Guinness running down the glass. That night after the feurys we went back in to the bar to have one. Lots of bar staff there but we were completely ignored, some looked at us and just kept on talking to their colleague. Apart from staffing issues hotel was comfortable and clean.
Although located on a busy road, peace and quiet rulke once you turn onto the property of Conway's B&B. A beautiful garden immediately shows you how much love and attention Pat and Carmel invest in this lovely B&B. The reception was courteous and the room immaculate. The pointers on where to go for a walk and eat something in nearby Claremorris were very useful. The highlight was a lovely breakfast with homemade courgette-bread (Glad I asked for the recipe...).
Breakfast was not included that was stated when I made the booking. Colm was a great host. I could make tea, use of all facilities tea milk etc. The bathroom was very clean and tidy and free use of all shower gels toothpaste etc great location in claremorris. Excellent value for the money and Plenty of places to have a great breakfast or dinner in the town
This place is advertised as a hotel and they even took our payment for it but unfortunately we found out the hard way and ended up missing a wedding because of this place it no longer runs as a hotel and you cannot stay here shame on them for advertising as such booking com should delete the western hotel claremorris as it's a pure joke
I have stayed many times at the McWilliam and I always know that I will enjoy my stay here. All the services are second to none. The hotel is always busy but there isn't any noise at night even when there is a show on.
The location was excellent for access to the local town, just a few minutes walk. Quick and easy check in. Spa facilities worked well for me. Staff taking good care of Covid processes was great to see too.
We stayed one night in this lovely property based just outside Claremorris. It was an ideal location. Great value for money. We will certainly be back and we would highly recommend
Did not have Breakfast in the restaurant only lunch. Food was good, plentiful and the staff were lovely. Hotel was in an excellent location. Would definately stay again.
