Very good quality room and ensuite. Room directly over the pub but well soundproofed. Food in the pub was very good, reasonably priced and came out quickly.

Extremely clean and cosy, immaculately decorated with beautiful sea views from the terrace. The bed was very comfortable. Carol and Seamus were very kind and helpful hosts and had left lots of very thoughtful breakfast items which was much appreciated. Would have loved to have stayed longer!

Really wonderful base for a wedding in the blue haven- only down the road. Easy instructions for getting in. Ample parking. The most comfortable bed I've ever stayed in. Wonderful 👍🏻

Carrick is a very rural area but absolutely beautiful in nature, probably the most gorgeous part of the world I’ve ever been to. Hiking around Carrick was such a good experience. In terms of food, I went to the local Chinese takeaway which was decent (can’t really expect that much from a takeaway tbf). I would recommend either having your own transport or being very prepared to walk.

Wonderful traditional music available on a few nights in the week. A traditional singing session in pub with turf fire was a highlight too.
You can also source meals that are generous and tasty in local hostelries.
