The room was very clean and cozy. The owner was really nice and helpful telling us the wifi code and how to use the shower which was was pretty easy. There is a fully equipped kitchen in the bedroom and the owner left some food in there for us to have breakfast.
At the bottom of the Slieve League Cliffs, Slieve League B&B offers en suite rooms with free parking and WiFi. This County Donegal B&B can also arrange kayak rental and guided walks of the area.

The location is incredible, all the landscape is beautiful. Very quiet & calm.
Staff was friendly and very helpful, we needed a few things and they had no problem sorting that out for us.
Our room was very big, was en-suite and also has a walk in wardrobe, it has plenty of storage.
Breakfast is not included, but is well worth it the 10€ extra.
We stayed there for 2 nights, and I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Carrick is a very rural area but absolutely beautiful in nature, probably the most gorgeous part of the world I’ve ever been to. Hiking around Carrick was such a good experience. In terms of food, I went to the local Chinese takeaway which was decent (can’t really expect that much from a takeaway tbf). I would recommend either having your own transport or being very prepared to walk.
