Location is no ! The reception sitting area is good with place enough for a group to sit down while a tourguide organizes with rooms and keys. The breakfast room was big and well designed (but the variaty of food was not good)! The beds were good. Really appreciated extra pillows. TV was good. Coffee/tea facilitis were ok (space was cramped). The bar in evening was very good and cozy, the small cafe corner in reception is a big plus - but should be open much longer and could have a little more fantacy in what to offer.....
Blooms Hotel is located in Dublin’s Temple Bar district, 150 metres from Trinity College and Dublin Castle. It has a traditional Irish pub, a nightclub and rooms with flat-screen TVs.

24 hour staff, bar downstairs, close to the river, close to everything really
Great facilities locally. Major shopping but hotel is off the beaten track and quiet. Great ambience and facilities without leaving. Traffic congestion for going into the city at rush hours exceptionally bad. Cinemas, Olympic size pool etc all nearby.

Room price was too high for vacation travelers, yet lower then other similar facilities, and appears to be set for business travelers on expense accounts. Location is far from any sites of vacationers interest. However, I knew this when I booked and chose facility because we needed to extend our stay a few days, the price was lowest and facility was relatively close to airport.

Very disappointed to arrive back at hotel at 11pm following a concert to find that the bar was closed. After expressing our disappointment to the receptionist she arranged for us to have a drink in the foyer area. A lot of other guests arrived back after us and we’re in the same predicament. We were informed that the hotel was quiet and so they decided to close the bar early???

Blancherstow is a small and quite City less than half an hour from the City center of Dublin. There are many shopping centers and a plenty place for parking. Transportations to Dublin's city center are easy to access.
All together was OK.. why just ok ...We stayed for 3 night and we just once like to have cleaned room as stay over maybe cheange towels or fresh water...nothing, after long day we travel when we back to the room was same as we left ....so feels, we are ignored.....but price for the B&B was just crazy plus all diners ,lunches ...all together total ripoff! We know that was our last minute choice, but 4 star hotel we expect higher standard.....
100% recommend. Great Breakfast with lots to choose from. Two double beds in the room, very comfortable. We had lunch on two occasions which was delicious, also plenty to choose from the drinks menu too. Amazing cocktails! Sun cream and sunglasses provided if needed due to the exceptional hot weather. The Spa area had everything we needed, a good sized pool. Very friendly staff and a wonderful hotel. Would definitely stay again.
Great hotel. Clean, comfortable. Reception staff where excellent.
Bar staff where good. The waitresses/waiters in the bar left a lot to be desired. Food and drink service was exceptional slow for a very quite tuesday & Wednesday stay. Food was very tasty. Presented well. This area let the hotel down a lot.
Apart from that we enjoyed our stay and was a great location for our shopping trip.
Nice hotel, decent bar and lounge area.
Breakfast very good indeed as it has been for years and years.
Unfortunately the quality of the evening meal is not up to scratch, just poor bistro service - used to look forward to evening meal over the years when staying here, now its just a case of having something to eat because you have to, its a real shame.
Its stylish , modern set in a great location near the shopping centre which is fab and staff are friendly and kind in the hotel.
love the interior design of the hotel and how it’s catered for both young and old. Breakfast was reasonable and delicious and had a great buffet selection.
We stayed here whilst visiting tayto park (15minutes drive away) and walked across to the shops at blanchardstown the following day. The breakfast was beautiful and not over crowded for a Sunday morning. The rooms were clean and had plenty of towels for a family of 4 to shower.
The location of The Carlton is only 25 minutes from downtown Dublin and 15 minutes from the airport. Very easy for traveling while also avoiding city traffic. Decent amenities.
Really enjoyed our recent stay at the Castleknock Hotel. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Hotel was spotless. Breakfast staff couldn’t do enough for us.
Hotel and staff were all fabulous. The cost of a one night trip is ridiculous, which is why I avoid Dublin and not likely to return as it’s a complete rip off.
So far the best hotel in Dublin,
Ideal place for families with children,
Great swimming pool especially for infants,
Lovely food and service in the restaurant
