Also, one of the benefits of the hotel is good price.
There is available table tennis, playing which we really enjoyed.

The most expensive place we stayed and was the most disappointing. The staff was the only redeeming factor. The pathway is extremely dangerous, full of monkeys, mosquitos everywhere, restaurant kitchen extremely outdated. If this place was cheap, I wouldn’t be so annoyed but this is so so overpriced.

All beaches in Ulluwatu are down a cliff, so be prepared to climb down, as well as up. But they're well worth it. More of a surfers paradise than a sunbathers, but utterly gorgeous. You do need to be a good swimmer, as the current is very strong.

We only visited Bingin Beach but loved the relaxed vibe. Sunset dinner at Abracadabra at Mu Bungalows was a great experience. Lakra spa was very good and would recommend their treatments.breakfast at Mensa at Elementum was excellent and best croissants I have had outside of France. Dont want the area to change.

Bali is a very mad island.
Bali is a very mad island. The traffic is like no other place we have ever been to. There seems to be no rules, there are millions of bikes everywhere, causing mayhem in traffic, fitting through the smallest of gaps, not only endangering themselves but you to. They ride on pavement if they seem like they will have to stop with no consideration to pedestrians. It is stressful and you're not even driving. Bali is a paradise lost really, it is very built up now and lots of the forest is being cleared for more hotels and villas for the tourist and it is already over crowded. Beaches we went to were sandy but really not that great. Many had strong waves to battle with and lots of unwatered rocks in your way. Too dangerous for young children and many adults. Surfers were ok as they could go out further on their boards. Shame but we are probably 20-30 year to late to enjoy the real Bali.

However is a city of stairs, you need to go up and down eveywhere you visit, so be advise! Water is a real issue in this city, please check around this, we had to move because of water supply problems in our 1st facility and then found similar problems on a 2nd one.
If you like yoga, Uluwatu has amazing studios to go practice.
As well great places to eat and go shopping.
Plan well your retourn to the airport, it took me around 3h being only 20km.

Uluwatu is becoming increasingly busy, but it’s also evolving into a fantastic destination with good dining places, lively venues for a night out, and beautiful beaches perfect for sunsets and surfing.
Amazing local hotel owed by two Balinese brothers Eddie and chery who are fantastic persons. The location is fabulous, quiet and you can easily go to the nicest spots in uluwatu with a scooter (we rented it from the hotel). The staff was very sweet and they always arranged us with whatever we needed. The swimming pool is surrounding the ocean and the view is so beautiful at sunrise and sunsets!!! This hotel is perfect and I wish Eddie and chery all the best :) we can not wait to come back and visit them again 🔆
This is a cozy and very stylish hotel with an amazing decoration and atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and all have pool view and pool access. The hotel is super close to the popular Bingin beach, where you can enjoy an amazing sunset, surfing and dinner. Also very close to all popular South Bali locations. The hosts are great and very friendly, 24/7 there to assist you in everything you may need. The atmosphere is that of a family business with personal attention to each guest.
Great hotel for the price in Uluwatu! Amazing location, very spacious room. Walking distance to delicious restaurants. Close to a famous surfing beach. We took a look from the top of the cliff, but didn't make it down there due to our short stay. Super attentive and helpful staff. Our A/C was "underperforming" when we arrived and they sent a maintenance main to service it within a few hours. The pool area was lovely and a great place to cool off after a long day.,
Location was amazing, surf out the front, the staff and food were great! The funky architecture and coastal vibe is so cool. We stayed at a few neigbouring 5star resorts and we enjoyed this hotel more. There a few stairs down to the rooms but well worth it! Was our favorite place on our bali holiday!
Our last 2 nights in Bali - great and central location! Very good hospitality. 5 star breakfast. Relaxing atmosphere around the hotel. I would stay again!
